Push Square big cheese Anthony Dickens [Nice try - Ed] may not be able to keep his Golf GTi on the road, but his sloppy racing chops aren't stopping Evolution Studios from updating DriveClub yet again. The first-party developer has taken to Twitter to tease a slew of upcoming improvements heading to the simcade smash, including the addition of what appears to be the Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R V-Spec II.
The developer also hinted that you'll now be able to race using any of the title's Photo Mode filters, meaning that you'll be able to play in black and white or with any other Instagram-esque overlay that you like enabled. You'll even be able to change the intensity if you want to. Oh, and new Tour Events and Trophies are on the way, too. The best racing game on the PS4? You betcha.

The support for this game is astounding, CDPR may be very generous but imo Evolution deserved to be crowned devs of the year for their support for the community.
It's amazing how they've taken a seemingly failed project and turned it upside down. Good on them and Sony for letting them get it right.
I just got this game and am loving it.
And here I still haven't finished the first tour. I really need to get back to playing this.
The support has been astounding! But we badly need new tracks if they want to keep the community involved for the long term.
This game is a shinning example to the industry. The game has had so many patches and improvements to it and they provide so much content. They did not just sit back and think this project is done with they have constantly thought how can we make it better.
@dryrain the Final Fantasy XV of racers perhaps? Lol
I'd love a new Motorstorm, that's my kind of racer!(was not a fan of DC)
@ichiban a new Motorstorm would be good but not heard any news about it. I like rally games best so waiting till there are a few out before I see which one I will get.
Love this game, love the support and everything about it. Just one thing I don't like.. Too many dam rainy events!!! What's the point of driving a hyper exotic car if you can't use it to its full potential? Yes I understand it's the most beautiful rainy effects in video games but can we just cut it down a lil bit?
I really need to get back into this. Played it religiously for around 2 months and now it just sits in my back catalogue. The constant updates are fantastic.
Related Q: Is it worth getting the Bikes addon? Even if you're not into bikes?
I love driveclub and it's updates and season pass, however I hated the bikes patch was terrible. .
They're amazing however I kinda get the feeling that Sony said no more games you can support it, so they just keep adding it for years 😂
Great stuff....what brilliant support....
@airfive352 I am not that into bikes but am enjoying the bikes edition. Its on offer at the moment I think in the sales so definatly worth picking up.
@MrJohnson71 of course, I do that all the time but my main thing when there's new events is to complete them. Don't get me wrong I absolutely loveee this game, I can almost say I like it better than gran turismo, almosttt
