No modern Final Fantasy game is complete without an unexpected pop crossover, but for Final Fantasy XV, poor Leona Lewis has been cast aside for the infinitely more hip Florence and the Machine. The English indie group have covered Ben E. King's iconic Stand by Me, mixing in some good old Final Fantasy motifs for good measure.
This is honestly a match-up that we can get behind, and while this author's penchant for cheesy pop music likely renders his opinion irrelevant, we reckon that the re-imagined classic sounds pretty great. You can hear it towards the end of the trailer below.

I love Florence and the Machine but I am not entirely sold on this. Maybe it's because Stand by me has been used for so many things.
Also I remember Florence lending her "I am not calling you a liar" to Dragon Age 2, bad omen lol
I'm with @Feena on this. I like both Stand By Me the song and Florence + The Machine but I'm not sure how well the song would suit the game.
I've would gone with We Dem Boyz (granted if they change the lyrics).
Stand By Me is my favorite song of all time O_O
Venga Boys.
They should have got Die Antwoord. Those two muppets look like they're straight out of the game.
My girlfriend likes Florence, I always thought they sounded like an owl being thrown into a junk shop.
Hmm, I'm kinda split about it. I like Florence and the song, but it's kinda iffy in a FF context.
UGH Foghorn Florence!!! Well I suppose they had to **** up something, rather this than something in the game itself.
