Teaser trailer time! Ubisoft has published your first look at Watch Dogs 2, which in true announcements of announcements fashion features 30 seconds of a dude – the one in Ray-Ban® glasses, we assume – faffing around with his phone. You can expect a full unveiling on 8th June at 09:00AM Pacific Time. We'll, of course, bring you all of the news.
Expect the next entry in the Watch Dogs franchise to hack its away into as many E3 2016 press conferences as possible next week – including, we anticipate, Sony's.

Wow,such an exciting teaser!...Um yeah,as much as that trailer gave nothing at all away I'm pretty excited about this game.unlike a lot of people I loved the first one..
I liked Watch Dogs a lot, though I waited till everybody's hype died down a bit. With all these trailers coming out you'd think E3 started today lol.
HYPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I loved the first Watch Dogs, it's a very underrated game as well as my first ever PS4 game (Bundle Copy), i think people expected too much though, but i'm faithful this sequel could truly deliver. It's sad to see Aidan go though......
well that showed us......ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
@adf86 Haha, i know right. Watch Dogs 2 and Horizon: Zero Dawn are my two essential games for next year. But Agents Of Mayhem looks right down my street too. Only 4 months until Mafia 3 finally comes out. Mafia 2 was my favourite game of last gen, so it should at least be a decent game. HYPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!! What are you looking forward to seeing at E3?
There was really only one real problem with the game. It had a large map with nearly nothing to do on it. Shooting/fighting mechanics were fine, hacking was a blast. Outside of the overly brooding MC, the story was quite nice.
@SPGFan34 Yes,glad it wasn't just me that like Aiden.looking forward to a sequel but really was hoping they were going to continue his story.Shame.
I like the first game. Granted it didn't live up to my initial expectations but we saw so much of the game before it came out that I readjusted my expectations and enjoyed it for what it was... A fun, mindless Ubisoft-developed open world game. I do wish Ubi would change the way it structures its open world games, to give each one a different feel from the other, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy its games more often than not.
@Wazeddie22 Yeah, people complained about Aiden being boring, but i personally liked hisocial awkwardness and his emphasis of family loss as the motive for his vigilantics and found some relatability in there from myself.
@Gamer83
I love so many of Ubisoft's games but their structure is also similar and most of them have really generic characters and stories.
It's all AAA and really polished, but I never really get sucked into the story of their games or attached to the characters. They really need to hire somebody to help handle that in future games. If they did that they would be an incredible force to be reckoned with.
@JaxonH
My favorite Ubisoft games are the Splinter Cells. Imo, the best its ever done with stories and characters I care about. It's a shame Sony, MS and Nintendo fans failed spectacularly and didn't buy Blacklist, which is a great game. Probably means the series is dead.
@Gamer83
[raises hand]
I bought it! And I loved it too. What a great game that was. Got me into stealth actually- woulda never tried MGS if it wasn't for Blacklist.
@JaxonH
In some ways I'd say it was better than MGS V. I'd also say in regards to the series itself, Blacklist is the most open ended in how you can attack the levels. Probably the most unique of Ubi's recent games and shows it is a dev capable of adding some variety. That's why it disaapoints me when stuff like Assassin's Creed, Watch Dogs, Far Cry and now Ghost Recon all seem the same.
@Gamer83
"All seem the same"
And sell like crazy, while their best game by a country mile tanked hard.
@JaxonH
True, and that's why from a business perspective I can't argue the decision making. To be fair the games are usually fun, just not amazing anymore.
Loved the first game and played it a lot more than I ever played GTA V. Hopefully they make some tweaks to the sequel and carry on the good work from the first game.
We all loved the first game, it was great.
Following people, sneaking around, scanning them, taking pictures, beating them up down alleyways and breaking into their homes. But enough about my life, Watchdogs is great.
Ubisoft's best character(s) was probably Jade and Pey'j from Beyond Good & Evil.
I'm interested to see what else they can do with Watch Dogs. I think the idea is great, and I enjoyed playing the original at the time, but I eventually grew tired of it. There's plenty of potential here. Looking forward to Ubi's conference and seeing if they expand the game in meaningful ways.
I'm glad that Ubisoft® has shown us this special trailer® of Watch Dogs 2®. It gives us real insight® into what they attend to do in the game® - Rayban®s or no Rayban®s.
And if you'll excuse me I'm just going to have a word with the Fine Bros®.
@ekreig That had me laughing for a long time. Poor Adam.
