Japanese Sales Charts PS4 PlayStation 4 PS3 Vita

Oh, right – the Japanese sales charts. Ramsey would rampage if he knew we'd skipped this weekly staple, so let's break it down: PlayStation 4 is continuing to sell steady in the East, and should break the three million unit milestone imminently; local gamers have been snapping up a game called Super Robot Wars OG: The Moon Dwellers in their droves; visual novel Zero Time Dilemma completely bombed.

There's not much else to say really, is there? The PS4's now really beginning to clip at the heels of the Wii U, and should surpass its install base soon – not that that's a milestone particularly worthy of celebration. The Japanese console market's in a really weird place to be honest – it's going to be fascinating to see how Final Fantasy XV performs, because that's probably going to give us an indication of where things are at over there.
