As anticipated, Sony announced the PlayStation 4 Pro during its PlayStation Meeting press conference earlier this evening, which will boast a significantly enhanced GPU and tons of bells and whistles on top of the current model, like 4K resolution and HDR support. And it will release on 10th November, with a price of $399.99.
But what does it look like? Well, it's very similar to the new PS4 Slim, except it's been given an extra layer so that it looks like a nice cheese and pickle sandwich now. The platform holder's taking its sweet time to release assets, but here's a quick look at the new console in all of its glory.

it looks like black version some old 1960's office blocks
I like the original PS4 design the best.
Looks ridiculous, IMO.
Quite ugly, but the controller is more important regarding the looks if you ask me. So I don't really mind it much.
The triple decker thats what I am naming it. Promises more but all your really getting is an extra layer of bread and they charge you more for it. Another design flaw is hat the dust has even more places to collect now than it did before.
I guess they needed that top layer to not put in the ultra blu ray drive.
And Pro is a stupid name, MS already uses it w/ the Surface, Pro is short for "professional", meaning business, so the name is the "play"station "pro". Stupid.
But I guess it would have been worse if they named it "PS4k Ultra" since it doesn't have the ultra drive, which I'm still kind of fixated on.
I think it looks fine to be honest, if a bit clunky.
A rectangular/square shape, non shiny matt finish, and black color. That is all i want for looks for a game console. A big plus will be if the plastic is less cheap looking than that housing my 1215A chassis.
A 1TB hdd standard sounds good, but I will believe it when my local stores actually have them on display on all packages, bundle or not.
That's just ugly. What is Sony doing?
@Gamer83 Yeah, me too.
@rjejr Nintendo uses Pro a lot. Wii Classic Controller Pro, Wii U Pro controller and others.
@Mahe Oh no, don't make me defend Ntinod.
Those are controllers, that makes sense, they are for "Pro" gamers. Limiting your console sales to Pro gamers I think is a little bit too narrow of a definition for a console. I really liked PS4k Ultra, which is why I'm so bummed about a disc drive I might not ever use.
OK, here's the truth. I've been calling it PS4k for so long its hard to say PS4 Pro w/o the "k" being in there. Pro doesn't roll off the tongue like k does. I'll probably be calling it PS4k Pro for years to come.
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugly.
I think the PS4 is the most attractive console of all time. This is like that had a baby with a hamburger menu icon. Actually, this looks like a Chinese knockoff of said baby.
Ah well, still grabbin one.
ugly and gross
The shape and design of it reminds me of the Eye Toy for PS2.
Missed the event. So is the PS4 Pro supposed to be the rumored Neo? I got a little bit confused after watching the Mass Effect: Andromeda clip since the guy mentioned that it was running on Neo.
EDIT: Nevermind, just read the "PS4 Pro Confirmed, Launches November 2016 for $399" article.
Well obviously the OG PS4 is the best-looking! But pic as weird as it might sound I take this design over the slim design and I can't get past this double stacked look 20 G PS4 stacked on top of each other look better than this believe me I've tried LOL but whenever I get my hands on it I will for sure be standing it up all the time as that's where it looks the most appealing in my eyes! Something about the neat power strip that gets me!
It's a little weird, it's just like the pro has 2 bd-ray.
Wow thats way cheaper than what I thought it would be
Cheese and pickle lol! Hope someone does make a real black marmite or triple wedge chocolate flavor ps4 pro sandwich. Sony - please release a white version of PS4 pro!!
