Fallout Shelter's had a good run on mobile devices since it was revealed at Bethesda's E3 2015 press conference, but with the game's recent Xbox One launch, some fans have been wondering whether it'll eventually make its way onto PlayStation 4. As always, we find ourselves turning to PR boss Pete Hine's Twitter account for answers.
Replying to a curious user, Hines states, "Dunno. We didn't make it for Xbox. We made it for Universal Windows Platform, which supports a variety of devices." In other words, it's not planned right now - although we suppose that stance could change if there's enough demand for it. Having said that, we still wouldn't recommend waiting on an announcement.
Have you tried Fallout Shelter? What do you think of it? Do you even want it on PS4? Send some vault dwellers out into the comments section below.

I could be wrong and probably am but it seems like Bethesda isn't the biggest fan of Sony for some reason.
@zimbogamer they make games I really like but I get the impression there's a lot of big ol' d bags in management. The New Vegas/Obsidian bonus story is hilariously disgusting.
I tried it for five minutes on my dusty tablet about a year ago. Didn't do anything for me.
Eh, I'm not concerned. I eagerly downloaded it when it launched despite not being a fan of time management / microtransaction style games, and predictably fell off of it after a few days. I don't think that having this on a larger screen with poorer controls would add to the experience.
This doesn't hurt my feelings at all.
Played Fallout Shelter when it was released and it's nothing to write home about.
Well if there's one thing XBO has better than the PS4, is that it has ports of better mobile games. Because, come on. Either this, or Life of Black Tiger.
Although, while Fallout Shelter is good, I deleted afterwards probably because I mostly enjoy Mobile games for only about like, a week, and after that I uninstall it.
Would anyone really sit down in front of a TV to play this? It was a fun distraction for a few days, but it's just that: a distraction. Something to do while you're watching TV. Certainly not something to sit down and direct all your attention to.
Why would I want nonsense like this on my PS4? I barely have the patience/desire to "play" these things on my phone
Na not bothered I sometimes go back to it on my phone but definitely would play it on my ps4..
can't say I'm that fussed it's decent when I'm bored out and about but id not play it at home
I have an Xbox and NOT bothered that its available to play on that so I really couldn't care if it does or doesn't come to PS. I have NO interest in 90%+ of indie games let alone games designed primarily for Mobile devices. What next? Facebook games on consoles?
I bought a PS4 and XB1 to play games like Horizon, Uncharted, Mass Effect, Witcher etc...
I downloaded it when they announced it and got bored the following day, I'm pretty sure there won't be much demand for this on PS4
Hahahaha. I appreciate different types of games for everyone - but if anyone is anticipating this coming to PS4, I hope we can find you some better console games.
"Don't Get Your Hopes Up for Bethesda support on PlayStation"
Fixed.
Who in there right mind wants mobile games on a console? It shouldn't even be releasing on console's, keep it on mobile for god sake.
I don't play free to play games, not on my phone, not on my console.
Your honestly not missing much, I downloaded it yesterday on XB1 and played about an hour then uninstalled it, it gets repetitive real quick. Better off playing a proper Fallout game.
