Final Fantasy XV has been out for a couple of months now, and the development team is starting to look towards the future and all of the downloadable content that it has planned. Square Enix has already broken down what we can expect from some of it, but the short trailer that we've embedded above is a handy little guide all the same.
The video itself does feature some fresh gameplay footage, though, including a look at Episode Gladiolus, which sees the burly brawler team up with the katana wielding Cor. The next piece of content heading our way is the so-called Booster Pack, which is supposed to up the level cap to 120 and throw a few other extras into the mix. That's due out this month, so we're sure we'll hear more about it soon.

I'm so excited for episode prompto, I really wanna find out what happened to him after that bit...
While I am looking forward to the dlc, im still not clear why these bits were not in the base game. Yes OK, we were following noctis' story in ff15, but still, the gaps in the story where these sections will inevitably take place were quite clear. Back in ff9, side stories following characters outside of main plot were covered by simply pressing the select button when the prompt appeared.
I will wait for feedback on the gladiolus chapter before splurging out on the season pass at any rate. And I love this game. I just dont support content being cut to be sold later. Assassins Creed 2 with its corrupted animus sections to be sold as dlc later still wrinkles with me I guess.
@Rob_230 That's my worry, too - especially with Gladio's chapter.
That Prompto episode looks really intriguing.
I'll be getting these story DLCs 100%, I just don't know if that will be at launch or once they are all complete
Can't wait to be playing these at 60fps 😃
Hyped! All the free upgrades are welcome thank you very much... I hope the dlc episodes are substantial because I am itching for more XV but don't want to be disappointed.
I really like the main cast so far and Gladio has some of the funniest lines.
I just reached the end of chapter 14, trying to decide if I should spend a few days doing side quests or go straight to the end. I'm level 45 and the game recommends 44 and I usually like being about 5 levels above where I need to be.
Not sure I can do the Gladiolus DLC, we only had 1 Cup of Noodles and we ate it a few chapters back.
@rjejr i was level 40 when i did it so go ahead, you should be fine
also you could always lower the difficulty if you want to as it doesn't affect anything but 1 hidden trophy but seems as though you can go back and redo the ending at anytime on the harder difficulty and get it then that's no problem either
@FullbringIchigo I went back last night to find the headlights for the Regalia and beat that mine boss. Can't rmemeber the name of th edungeon but it was th emost ridicuaously atrocious camera work I've ever had to deal w/ in my life. The camera was literally only showing my knees it was so close in and I couldn't turn it, it just stuck there no matter how much I ran around. Never seen anything like that before, compeltley broken. I was stuck like that running around fighting creatures for about 20 minutes before I got out of the mine and went back in and it was better after that.
Found the headlights, beat the boss, both of them, then didn't have the key for the locked door. arrggh.
Think I'm going to spend a few nights beating bounties, not returning cactuar toys or checking on light poles, before moving on. I'm pretty much used up all my items in that dungeon, I need money for more.
