There hasn't been a truly outstanding golf game on the PlayStation 4 just yet, but The Golf Club to its credit was above par. It's nice to see that HB Studios is giving the series a second shot, then, with sequel The Golf Club 2 set to tee off this Spring on Sony's new-gen machine.
Among the host of new additions is a Societies mode which will essentially enable you to create clans of players and upgrade your clubhouse as you earn more money. It sounds like a cool system which will reward your success in-game visually, as you unlock more elegant buildings to hang out in.
The course creator which proved so popular in the original will also put in an appearance with new features and assets, and you'll be able to import any courses that you've made previously. Moreover, the campaign and online elements will be expanded, as will the swing mechanics.

Bought this before trying Rory McIlroy and enjoyed it a fair bit. Made some nifty shots. It was definitely lacking the polish and features of Rory. Never went back to it. May check this out though.
Nah, we all know hot shots golf is the next big golf game.
Looks pretty good but I ll await reviews
Everybody's Golf > every other golf game.
I thought the first game totally bombed, I'll assume its a re skin until I read any reviews.
I love the first one so this is a must buy for me
Original played well, although i hope as well as adding a bit more meat to a career mode, they also stop the framerate issues when playing user created content, especially as it interferred with the swing mechanic..
Will likely pick up if those are addressed, but Hotshots/Everybodys Golf is what i want, best balance of toughness and fun ive had in a golf game... Always lose a.couple of hours on it with my Vita..
I genuinely think this is my most played game EVER. I spent about 14 months playing this every day. It's a fabulous game.
Everybody's Golf still owns it though.
@ApostateMage being a hardcore golfer, couldnt agree more. I killed that game on the PSP and PS3! Never could familiar with the EA franchise.
