8.7 million people can't be wrong
@wiiware I think the very strong sales contribute to the negativity somewhat. Uncharted is mainstream now.
A stunning game and a masterclass in video game development, certainly deserves all the praise it receives.
Uncharted 4 was amazing. But surprisingly, I think Horizon is a better game overall - that's crazy to me. Cant wait to see what Sony's top studios do next. Still waiting on Sucker punch.
Good, rightly deserved.
It's a very good game and a technical masterpiece but I enjoyed Among Thieves more.
Yay I guess? I just don't understand why there has to be 50 award shows when there's no standard or bearing to them? Is anyone that might leave Naughty Dog going to reference those 50 separate awards in their resume or job interview? Sense of accomplishment should come from within, not from plastic (or digital) trophies.
I'm not hating on the game, i thought it was good, but not a masterpiece. I just don't see the point in all the awards shows.
Still my favourite game of this generation. Let the haters hate.
It deserves every award it wins. I hope Horizon will get the same continued love and praise. It may just be my tastes in gaming but im with @ztpayne7 i think Horizon is actually better than Uncharted 4 and i Love Uncharted 4!
I loved all of the original Uncharted games, but I've yet to get past the first hour of Uncharted 4. It's just soooooo slow, its absolutely extricating. Same with Final Fantasy XV. I'm just so tired of games acting like I've never played a game before! Please make tutorials OPTIONAL!
Anyway, after all this added praise, I'll try and give it another go, I guess!
@RedMageLanakyn It's the same with movies with Oscars, Baftas, MTV etc. I suppose some awards look at a different side to a game's success.
@keihtg It's kinda meant to be slow because the plot is been set up plus Naughty Dog was aware of "Drake guns down too many people" criticism that they wanted the actual story to come forward more and let the action come later.
Funny that I have beaten every Uncharted many times but this one only once.
And funnier that Go beat Sun and Moon.
@keihtg it gets better 😀
Uncharted 4 is a master class in game development, its an outstanding game & a technical masterpiece.
Dishonored 2 also deserves there awards also, if you like Dishonored you should definitely pick-up Dishonored 2 as its a brilliant game that tops the original.
I wish this movie didn't have those boring, linear game segments...
