We may be slowly tip-toeing towards a digital gaming future, but retail still very much has its place – and no more is that true than with Persona 5's frankly gorgeous physical packages. This video takes a look at both the steelbook version and the stunning 'Take Your Heart' premium edition. Both look well worth the money – especially given how smitten Ramsey was with the game's first 20 hours or so.

Pre ordered the collectors edition the day it was announced. Feels like a lifetime ago lol. Can't believe in just 2 weeks it will be here

No desire for the special edition with junk I'll never use. I learned my lesson with Xenoblade Chronicles X. I really love steelbooks, though, so I'm glad I was able to preorder that version.
This is my most anticipated game of 2017.
I wish I could have that special edition 😫..and I'm saying that without ever playing a Persona game or even knowing if I'll like it haha
I wonder if there will be an update on the Japanese version to include language selection.
Although I can read and understand a bit of Japanese, it is still not as immersive. Otherwise, a game like this I gladly buy again. GotY contender.

I think I've got to be the only person that just wants a regular case. I really don't like steelbooks, and I don't care about all the collector's edition stuff at all. Beautiful designs, though!
So delighted with the take your heart edition. It is probably the last special edition I will ever order, so I am delighted to see a proper hardback art book - and most importantly, a proper 19 track soundtrack cd, and not one of those silly sampler discs. The steelbook is gorgeous.

I've also got the Take Your Heart collection on preorder, long, long time ago. Mainly for the OST as I know I will like it, but there rest is also nice (but which I will probably have no use for).
Does anyone know if Day one edition is a Normal plastic box+Steelbook extra included , or only Steelbook

Have my Steelbook preordered and seeing this I definitely made the right choice.
Nice!.....but I gotta finnish Tales of Berseria and Zelda first. Looks like my girlfriend gets to play first. After I carefully do my own unboxing. Its 3rd on the rotation. Mid 30's and time-its a struggle.

@TrueAssassin86x manage your time wisely, man. Have a plan for what you want to do in any given day. Know your in-game schedules. Which days do you work? When are your extra-curricular activities for school? Is there a particular arcana you want to work on to improve/make a great new Persona? If so, make sure to talk to the person connected to that arcana. Oh, and don't forget to go into dungeons to actually grind your levels. Just know that if you do that, you'll be tired and unable to do anything afterwards that day.

@get2sammyb I quite like having all my games in the same kind of cases in a line on the shelf for continuity and tidiness. I mean, I wouldn't not get a game because of the steel case, but I do prefer just a standard case, personally.

If I still bought games physically I'd be all over this. But I'll get wrong off our lass if I clutter the house up with any more of my tat. Pretty though.

I'm exactly the same mate. I cant have a row of games all the same height on my shelf with a steelbook standing a few mm taller than the rest.. I dont care how beautiful it is..! A whole shelf of steelbooks? Now we're talking..
@FaultyDroid Oh yeah, if every game was released in a steelbook case it would be wonderful – especially if they were all as beautiful as this. It's the continuity that matters to me, though.

@Bread-Not-Toast seems to be everywhere, as far as I can tell.
Looking forward to my next fix of high school sim/dungeon em up. Persona 3/f.e.s still my favourite . hopefully it gets released on ps4 at some point
