It's been an electric start to 2017 in many ways, but the industry's just quickly taking a breather before Mass Effect: Andromeda drops. It means that this week's UK sales charts aren't all that exciting, with Ghost Recon: Wildlands retaining its place at the top of the best sellers list. LEGO Worlds is already starting to stretch its legs in second, pushing Horizon: Zero Dawn down into third position.
Elsewhere, there's just not really much to say. Grand Theft Auto V and FIFA 17 continue to place in the top five, while Uncharted 4: A Thief's End refuses to be removed from the Top 40. And yeah, that's about it really. It'll be interesting to see how BioWare's role-playing game fares in next week's chart: it's a huge franchise but reviews haven't exactly been glowing.
UK Sales Charts: Week Ending 18th March, 2017

- Horizon: Zero Dawn
- Grand Theft Auto V
- FIFA 17
- The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Nice to see Zelda still sticking, must mean the Switch is still selling moderately well.
I predict Mass Effect will be the top seller for at least two weeks. Ghost Recon didn't have the best scores either but has sold well.
The only game I have in that list is Rocket League lol, and that was free. Waiting until GR and Horizon are cheaper. Doubt i'll ever play Zelda with the whole having to buy a console just for that one game thing Nintendo have going on, my friend has a switch and he asked me if I thought The Binding of Issac is worth £28 (wow) he's fed up with the lack of game's already, I had to laugh but I wanna play Zelda so much I probably will buy one in a year or so (after Scorpio).
Well done Horizon, such a strong franchise debut. Zelda too, what a top three months!
Ghost Recon at least has longevity.
And with friends replaying older missions is actually a blast, especially if you approach it differently to how you did so originally.
Im still astounded by GTA.
I mean its good, but its not incredible, and the Online aspect has become stale, the Free Aim lobbies are often half full at best.
Why is the DLC for Wildlands $40?
Is it even worth it?
I have the game.
How do I know if the Peruvian Contract downloaded? I don't see any way to tell. And the PS store says that I already redeemed my code.
