Brawlhalla, a free-to-play Super Smash Bros. style fighter, is leaping onto PlayStation 4 this summer, developer Blue Mammoth Games has announced. The game sees a bunch of legendary warriors duke it out in - you guessed it - Valhalla, all in the name of glory. It's built primarily for online play, but it also supports local multiplayer battles for up to four players. It all sounds promising for a title that doesn't have a price tag attached to it.

F2P games tend to be terrible. Not holding my hopes up.
My kid has been playing this on PC pretty consistently for about 2 years now, all for free. Personally, I prefer the look of it over SSB though I doubt its' anywhere near as good. Has to be better than PSASBR though, my kids hardly touched that at all after we bought it for $5.
Not sure how much he'll play this on PS4 - he still plays Minecraft way more on PC - but I'm sure he'll give it a whirl. Maybe his 2 years head start will pay off.
F2P and not Nintendo - advantage smash bros
Not needing to buy a separate LAN cable to have any hope of playing online - this thing.
I miss all-stars
