It seems a lot of people loathe Drawn to Death, but we really like it – or at least, this author did anyway. If you're one of those that doesn't enjoy the hand-sketched third-person shooter, then you may want to quietly toodle out of this thread before tediously reminding us how "terrible" it is in the comments section – judging by the responses to this PlayStation tweet, there's a better venue for that anyway.
So, with that out of the way, by completing five multiplayer matches in the game before 2nd May, you'll actually be entered into a sweepstake to get yourself represented in the game. The competition appears to be limited to North America, so do keep that in mind. Many are insinuating this is a lame promotion to incentivise people to play the game, but why would anyone want to cameo in a release they don't even like?
The Internet sometimes… It's annoying, isn't it?

Sounds like a cool idea but I doubt that a lot of people would look into that considering the mixed reviews it got (it's lower than Hardware Rivals so that's pretty bad). I personally, liked the game but I can see the flaws like the unbalanced weapons, stiff controls and animations, server issues (I just want to play 2vs2 dammit), lack of single player content (they should have just made the game F2P) and the edgy and cringy writing (the frog character is so obnoxious. Couldn't they make him atleast a likable character instead of a annoying douchebag?).
Though I'm interested if they are actually willing to support this game despite the mixed reviews like with Tomorrow Children. Either that or they will probably pull the plug on the game like what happened Killstrain and Deadstar.
Sounds like they're trying to incentivize people to play this game. I played two days after launch and it took me almost ten minutes to find a match. When I did get a match I slowly began to realise this game was not for me, and after two hours I uninstalled it. I personally thought this game was pure cringe. I would rather watch 10 TechRax videos than suffer through Drawn to Death for five minutes. 😏
@Constable_What 1st world problems eh.
@hi_drnick Best problems to have, baby.
Does it matter if the matches are ranked or unranked? Either way, I think I already put that many matches in.
I really like the game, I'm not good at it, but I do think it's a fun game to stream, I guess it's entertaining to watch me get my butt kicked several times in a row lol
I just wish it could be more than a 4 player game. 3v3 or 4v4 would be more fun in my opinion. Either way I think it's decent.
@SoulsBourne128 it is a PS+ title this month so it is pretty much F2P
@shafedog247 True but only for a month. Then it will stay as a $20 game title.
It's not AS bad as everyone makes out. This will obviously get more players in though, and hopefully so; I always root for the developers and more often than not most bad games come good after six months or so. So fingers crossed for them as it's such a unique idea.
@Bliquid Don't encourage me please!
After completing HZD, I can't imagine going anywhere near this dog's dinner.
