Don’t watch this new Star Wars Battlefront II trailer if you’re hoping to see something new: it fuses clips you’ve already seen with a couple of developers talking about the story campaign. How awesome is it going to be? So awesome, apparently.
Presumably we’ll actually get to see more of the anticipated addition at E3 2017 next month. Is this something you’re looking forward to learning more about, or is Battlefront all about the multiplayer for you? Shoot first in the comments section below.

Need to know a little more but I'm definitely much more interested in this game due to the campaign. Hopefully EA lets the developers take it seriously.
Certainly more interested in it than Battlefront which I bought. Don't think I got 'value' from the first game as I got bored very quickly but this looks to have a lot more depth and an interesting campaign too...
@BAMozzy That is how I feel about it, I'm not saying the first game was bad, but just lacking. I am finding myself much more interested in Battlefront 2 than Destiny 2 at the moment.
@vegeta11 Personally I am more excited by Destiny 2 but that's not to say I am not excited by Battlefront 2 either. I know Destiny's Campaign was lacking but Raiding was one of the best experiences this generation. Destiny also kept me coming back for hours and hours and hours. Despite the lack of depth in the campaign, I really can't tell you how many times I played those missions, how much fun I had just free roaming - even Solo.
Battlefront, even if the campaign is significant and not a 'token' effort like some Battlefield games have been, even if the MP has a lot more depth, even though its set in the Star Wars universe, its unlikely to offer anything significantly different to most other FPS games at its core. In part, that's why Battlefront failed for me. Despite being gorgeous to look at, set in the Star Wars universe, virtually all FPS games offered so much more depth in the game play and more 'rewarding' reason to keep playing. Battlefront was fun initially but once the 'novelty' of the Star Wars setting wore off, the very shallow game-play and limited upgrade path gave me little/no reason to return. Destiny always had something to play for, some reason to keep returning.
Battlefront 2 at least appears to be addressing the depth in its MP with classes which should help. Also glad they are doing away with 'power-ups' on the map which I found took away from the team based game-play and the focus on objectives. Most people seemed more focused on getting to these first than the objective. Maybe the changes will end up with the game being more akin to Battlefield 4 but that game had a lot of depth - more so than BF1 and stands the test of time.
Hopefully it'll have a more in-depth multiplayer over the original seeing as that will be a big part of the game, and see what the campaign will be like.
Yes, I want to see more. Maybe this will be the game to actually make me renew my Plus sub.
@sinalefa
What? Qore not enough for you?
they have honestly sold this game twice.... the version that came out like last year was soooo terrible yet people will buy this again becuase its got a flashy 2 and they think all the downfalls of the first will be gone, uuughhh such a shame
I'm looking so forward to this, much more excited about this than I am D2 after what i've read. Really don't care about SP though let's just hope they do a better job than Battlefront 1's MP, which insidently is worth picking up with all the DLC if you see it cheap in the store (which I did), there was actualy load's of content it was just all hidden behind a pay wall and sold to us at a later date.
