Sony is hoping to squeeze a few more pennies out of your wallets this month, as it's just refreshed the PlayStation Store's ludicrously large January sale. Some big games are included, too, so it's worth double checking what's on offer.
Horizon: Zero Dawn is probably the best of the new deals at £19.99, but Gran Turismo Sport isn't bad either at 30% off, or £34.99. The prices are even more enticing if you're a PS Plus member.
Here's the full list of new additions. Be sure to head back here and let us know if you're picking anything up.

Got to say if you haven’t played horizon and fancy it at £16.49 it’s a steal
@Neolit Whilst I agree in the main that the update has made the solo campaign agreeably meaty I do miss the more detailed car upgrading and tuning system of old. I used to like buying and adding parts rather than the new quick tune (levelling) system. It's a minor gripe though and probably one that is fairly specific to me personally. Why PD haven't catered souly for my needs though is quite beyond me, errrr...........
GT Sport is great. Got it full price and I don’t regret it (already put in more hours into it than most games). As Neolit says, get it now if you were previously on the fence (beware there is no way to save offline any of the campaign progress - pointless restriction in my view).
I picked up Shadow Tactics in the sale and I have to say, I’m loving this. I was on the fence and the price drop was the impetus I needed to jump on board. I’m glad I did. Well worth consideringg for people who enjoyed earlier MGS games or (more obviously) Commandos games. The save system encourages experimental play (my fear that slight mistake would be punishing is completely unfounded as you can simply save just before trying out cool ways to take out the guards).
Oh, and there’s a whole 20% discount on Shadow of War, the game that fell off the face of the earth nearly as fast as Knack 2. The only game that needs a more robust discount is Elex. C’mon, based on the horrible response, I can’t imagine they still are selling copies of that for $50.
Injustice 2 ultimate edition seems a nice deal. I had the simple version wich I sold to get the ultimate sometime, do you think it's worth for this price or wait for a better deal ?
I got Bloodborne GotY Edition a few days ago ...Still not sure if I'll get anything else ...Those file sizes. Jesus. I already have GT Sport, though.
@Neolit Yeah I guess you're right, it gets you racing quicker and that seems to be the point. I suppose I just like tinkering. The last update did change the mo of the game somewhat though. I've not even ventured online yet as I've been sidetracked by missions and leagues and gift cars etc. There is a lot of time for other things now it's not so focused on multiplayer. Either way it's a huge improvement and it only stands to get better as time goes on. I'd quite like to see the development road map for the next 12 months.
Got HZD Complete Ed.
Horizon: ZD is my Game of the Year for 2017 and that price is very competitive - even if you are not on PS+. Best prices I have seen is £25 and £35 for the complete Edition so you are saving at least £5 on the Physical version.
Gran Turismo Sport isn't as competitively priced as I have seen it at £17.85 at ShopTo and for £69.99 with the limited edition DS4 controller. Even with PS+ you can't buy it this cheap.
Not sure if there are any games on the list (not looked yet but as PushSquare doesn't list the games, I can't say) that I would want to buy - at least not digitally. I would still pay the extra to get H:ZD complete edition physically if I didn't already own it as 'Physical' is my preferred choice. I wouldn't spend more than £10 on a digital game myself but that's me...
Oooooh! Injustice...must not spend...more money
@Shuebacca I miss it too, but the system was pretty silly. Push X for silly exhaust sound! The only thing I don't like about the new system is using Mileage points instead of money. The UI for it is also pretty boring.
The track experience mode is what 100% sells this as the best GT for me. I think I'm only around 50% but DANG is it satisfying to finally get golds and finally learn the tracks rather than relying on on the guide (a crutch I had a hard time ditching).
@NathanUC I'm working my way through the Circuit Experience challenges at the moment funnily enough. It's pretty addictive to try and Gold everything, plus the leaderboards add that little bit of extra motivation......not that I'm competitive or anything. It's nice you get gifted a lot of cars along the way too. Barely spent anything on cars thus far.
@Shuebacca It would be nice if they'd just stop giving me so many Civic Type Rs.... I think I'm up to double digits on that one. I did get an F40 last night though!
The deal on Life is Strange: Before the Storm expires today so I'm picking that up for sure. Think I'm gonna grab Ni No Kuni, Inside and What Remains of Edith Finch while I'm at it, too. They're just too cheap not to get!
@Neolit I concur, and I don't actually miss having hundreds of cars to choose between when there's this much detail put into every single car
@bighal I'm 12 hours in on Shadow Tactics. It's a looooong game; each map takes me 2-3 hours to finish, but that's a good thing for games like this in my opinion. I'm really liking the Japanese atmosphere of it.
The controls were a concern when I tried the demo, but after the first real mission I was quite comfortable with it.
@Th3solution I enjoyed the Risen games, so I would probably find the same kind of enjoyment in Elex, but the thing is: there are other games I'd rather play for the asking price.
Is there going to be a New Year's Flash-Sale in NA?
It usually happens the Friday before or after New Year's through Sunday.
@Bonbonetti Im struggling to get through Risen 3. Gothic 1+2 are in my top 10 all time. Im hoping with Elex they are closer to Gothic. Either way I'll buy it when its cheaper than $30.
