Bungie is doing a full reveal of Destiny 2's second expansion via livestream this evening. Titled Warmind, the upcoming adventure will feature new story missions, new environments, new enemies, and, of course, new gear. It's set to launch next month, on the 8th May.
The hope is that this livestream gives us a glimpse of a worthwhile expansion. The game's first slice of downloadable content, Curse of Osiris, was a bit of a bust, so it's safe to say that Bungie has its work cut out if it's to win back lapsed players.
Anyway, the livestream starts at 18:00 UK time/10:00 Pacific time. Let us know if you'll be watching in the comments section below.

Why do the developers look like they have just got out of bed? Have a shave, put a shirt on, look smart. Im not surprised the endgame is a bit pants with these lazy people in charge.
The thing with endless service based games is no one ever stops playing them until they are thoroughly sick of them. It's not like a single player game where you have a great ending and wish there was more. You just go from having an awesome time (as a lot of D1 and D2 players would have done) to getting pretty fed up with it. Then it can be hard to walk away from the game and feel like you had a positive experience over all.
As for this, I'll always be interested in where they take the game. Just seems so dumb that they didn't include all the D1 content in the sequel and keep building on it.
@themcnoisy I ain't gunna judge them on looks to be honest, they arnt selling cars
@kyleforrester87 lol. Im not customer facing and still put the effort in. The guy earlier had yellow soles on his trainers.
If you knew your grid was going to beamed across the galaxy, you would have a shave or put a decent suit on or something. Not wear your dads trainers looking like a tramp about to walk onto Jeremy Kyle.
@themcnoisy haha maybe. Walk into any tech company in East London and they are all like that though. 🤷♂️
Gabe dressed up once, though.
@kyleforrester87 every time I see Gaben I feel like he's about to tell me about how The Eagles were America's greatest band, and how he used to listen to Hotel California at night with a glass of Bud Light.
Do people still play this?
@Tasuki yep
I must admit the reveal looks quite interesting and should set the stepping stones to a return to form with the big September update (Taken King part 2??). I love Destiny and continue to play weekly although its just one night a week opposed to 4 or 5 with the first game.
@Clutch_Nixon
Do people drink bud light over the age of 15?
@gingerfrog I won't lie I'm kind of keen on trying one of those new blue bud lights I'm seeing advertised. Happy to drink my ales and stout but I'm not against an ice cold bottle of pi** water either. Those cheap French beers they do in the stubby bottles in Tesco are brill!!
As for this update, I better read up on it because I didn't watch the stream. On another website if they don't put an article out here
Go watch the playstation access video, much better than the stream
@themcnoisy because bungie staff are apparently overworked and work in crappy studios, glassdoor reviews for staff feedback.
@kyleforrester87
Honestly save yourself from disappointment go for a birra moretti instead or a nice peroni. Both deserving of the name premium larger
@gingerfrog god knows. Wouldn't use it to put myself out if I caught fire.
@gingerfrog give me a nice punk IPA any day. Or any of the beers from Buccaneer brewery. They're on a completely different level, not just because my dad's mate owns it either. (Mods: Feel free to remove or edit this admittedly shameless plug, it's not like it's easy to get hold of anyway).
This game is $18 on amazon canada, still hesitant.
Estrella on draught is simply simply loveleh.
I'm more curious as to how many people watched the stream.
@sonicmeerkat lol dont
@bbtothe Dropped down to $17 how about now?
@sonicmeerkat Honestly I'd take it and play the campaign as even just limiting yourself to that it's a good blast for that price. If you decide you like it then bonus
@sonicmeerkat at this point your better off donating to an actual organised crime syndicate bc they know what they're doing, unlike these bungos idiots
