We were treated to a whole bunch of new coverage concerning Codemasters' upcoming arcade racer, Onrush, recently. It finally gave us a grasp of what the game is gunning for, and this latest trailer emphasises the game's unrelenting, action-focused pace. If you crash, you're put straight back in the thick of it -- no frustrating catching up if you fall behind, in other words.
A new post on the publisher's blog also details the title's multi-route tracks, which will allow you to deviate from the main path to find riskier sections. It sounds like you'll be able to use alternate paths to get some big air, too, which will lead to larger scores, more boost, and the chance to take down opponents from above.
What do you make of Onrush's action-heavy approach? Are you excited to play it in June? Rev your engine in the comments below.

Looks absolutely awesome. This just topped my thinking about getting Burnout Paradise.
I'm so very on board with this it hurts!
I would love to see another Motorstorm but thats never gonna happen. 😑😪
Is it just me but i cant see the comments on the mobile site with some articles?
@Flaming_Kaiser Are you tapping to view them?
@Flaming_Kaiser @antdickens has been tinkering with the comments code behind the scenes, so there may be some issues here and there.
@Flaming_Kaiser can you send me a screenshot? I can't replicate this issue myself [email protected] thanks!
Looks like fun!
Man the trailers for this game always look amazing but every gameplay video I watch always looks a bit lackluster. Hopefully the release a demo for this
The game looks stunning and the controls seem tight, but they're gonna have to sell me on a racer that has no actual racing. Simply bumping other cars off the road seems like it would get old quickly. But I sure hope I'm wrong.
