The announcement of the first Unravel title at EA's E3 2015 show is one of the few bright spots in EA's often uneven shows. The game looked delightful at announce, and ultimately ended up being a rather good game, with wonderful visuals and an exceptional soundtrack. So it's very exciting to see EA greenlight a sequel from Swedish develop Coldwood Interactive.
The follow-up brings a new yarn character to the fray, and the title is planned to emphasize co-operative platforming. Though it was mentioned that you can play solo should you wish.
Another shocking thing of note is that at the end of talking about Unravel Two, EA and Coldwood opted for the first annual "it's available right now" announcement. So if you're as excited as we are, it seems you can go pick it up as we speak.

Lovely surprise and the only real highlight from the show. The first Unravel was a nice little platform game.
@SlimDrizzyLamar @adf86 Completely agree! This is the only thing from the show I actually liked
Nice surprise, the first one was cute and I really enjoyed it !
I really enjoyed the first one. This looked good, but I'd prefer it as a more story-driven single player experience like the first one. The story was very charming and powerful in the first game.
They showed the trailer and I thought, hey they never said when it's coming out. Then they said it's available now I was like what!? Very nice surprise.
Awesome personally love these announcements, will be waiting for a sale tho haha, finally got the 2nd AC Origins DLC yesterday for 40% keen to jump back into that once I beat moonlighter
Sooooo awesome!!! LOVED the original! Never thought there would be a sequel!
