The new season in Rainbow Six: Siege is set to begin very soon indeed with the launch of Operation Grim Sky. The update to the popular tactical shooter brings a whole host of new content to the game, including two new characters, an overhauled map, new weapons, and more.
The new faces joining the ranks are Maverick, a fast mover with light armour and a blowtorch, and Clash, a defensive character who carries a shield. The game's Hereford Base map has been redesigned "to address issues pertaining to the map’s flow, balancing, and visual thematic to make the new Hereford Base viable for competitive play", says Ubisoft.
Elsewhere, Operation Grim Sky brings new skins for your favourite weapons, as well as a bunch of tweaks, bug fixes, and adjustments. It's a hefty update, so be sure to read up on all the details through here. The update hits PS4 at 3pm BST this afternoon.

@beemo Do what I do and play only casual matches. I've only played like two or three ranked matches. I just couldn't stand all those kids screaming at me about how much I suck (even if it's true).
@beemo I can agree with you on the "victim of its own success". I remember how in the early days its community was one of the friendliest there was with people apologizing! And don't get me started on the singeplayer part of the game. I wonder if we'll ever see Patriots or something completely different.
