November PS Plus Games Seemingly Outed by Official PlayStation Website

Wow that will be a huge month if true I haven't played ether, I've been wanting to start the yakuza games

Usually skip them most months. (Always add them to my collection though) but would definitely play both of these.

Oh yeah. I'd love this line up. Want to play all the Yakuza games at some point and only own 2 of them so far

I just played kiwami. Wish I had waited now. But still great game.

Kiwami I already own and played of course...I actually finished Yakuza 6 this week! Awesome games...
Anyway Bulletstorm was already free on ps3 lol but oh well I can play it again I guess

I was going to buy Yakuza Kiwami tomorrow so I think I'll wait a few weeks now and go buy 6 instead 😁😁😁

Honestly wouldn't mind that 😃 Bulletstorm was a blast back on PS3 & I've been looking at YK but always hung back as people have told me it's quite stiff compared to Y0

I'm not bothered to be honest as I think my Plus expires next month anyway and, seeing as I rarely if ever game online, I probably won't renew it. Most of the the Plus games seem to head straight on to PS Now anyway so, now you can download PS4 games on there, I'd rather just subscribe to that i think.

@GoodGame your right but technically your paying for the Online service now and the games are a perk, unlike back on PS3

Would've preferred Yakuza 0, but I'll give those a try.

I didn’t like Bulletstorm, but Yakuza Kiwami alone will be worth it.

Having Kiwami be on Plus seems like a huge missed opportunity. By far the worst Yakuza game on PS4 (but still quite a good game overall) and everyone should really play Yakuza 0 first.

Nothing which would interest me. Played the demo of Bulletstorm on PS3 and didn't rate it. Never been interested in the Yakuza games.

@JoeBlogs It really is idiotic for people to complain about it. Clearly, when a hotel offers a free massage with the booking of the room, no one complains that it shouldn't be called "free".

Same with "free drink" at clubs.

Bet it was planned think about release an image of 2 games like that take the image down and say it was a mistake or keep shut about it and then troll the forums see what the reaction is and then actual release those games. This month's games where poor very poor

@b1ackjack_ps I'd imagine it will be fine as kiwami was originally a ps2 game anyway so it had actually been released long before they even thought about making zero. I'd defenately play the rest in order tho.

Yeah, a good month, but I got all excited about the Nioh/Diablo leak last month and look where that landed us — the worst month of PS plus this year (my opinion of course). I realize the source is different here, being PlayStation itself, but I wouldn’t hold my breath for these.

Already have yakuza kiwami steelbook edition but cool, now I can play the digital version and keep my steelbook unwrapped

Also bulletstorm is good too, it's one of the games that I want to try but not at full price.

Bulletstorm doesn’t get the love it deserves. That game is great fun.

It’s the name. The name “Bulletstorm” is dumb, dumb, dumb. The game is all about the arm leash, yet the title indicates it’s all about the bullets. Same thing with “Killzone”—another great series with a terribly bland, forgettable name that doesn’t encapsulate what it’s all about.

I’ve never played Yakuza before, so I probably won’t buy zero first to play in order. I’m willing to try this but if I like it, should I pay zero second before playing 2,3, etc?

And I have no idea what bulletstorm is...

I already own Yakuza, but the quality here is significantly better. Bad for me, but good for non owners.

@JoeBlogs 'Bonus' would be perfectly adequate. I'd rather use more accurate adjectives than less accurate ones.

Guess I'd better go and buy Zero then. I've been meaning to play through the Yakuza series in order, this is the shove I needed.

Will have to wait until the new year though, got me some cattle to be a-wrangling

That's a pretty nice offering. I don't have either of those. The image has already been changed to the October games...Someone is gonna be in trouble.

It's adequate for people who pay for PS+ to play online.

It's also certainly more accurate than 'free'. If people need to spend money in order to get games, they aren't free by definition. People may understand what is meant by 'free' in this instance, but only because the term's been misused by marketers so much.

Kiwami and then zero is perfectly fine as long as you start playing these damn amazing games.

This would be a dream come true, line up for me, considering I'm currently playing Yakuza Zero. Course RDR2 at the end of the month, so whatever does come out, wont be played for quite a while.

Excluding the Yakuza 6 "demo", this'll be my first actual yakuza game.

@klog60 It's up to them to decide what costs what, and if the online play costs £50 a year, then the games are indeed free. If I charged you £50 for a pair of trousers, but then also gave you dozens of PS4 games, they would indeed be free and trying to argue otherwise would be crazy. "Bonus" doesn't change it, that's saying exactly the same thing; that they're on top of what you paid for, i.e. had no cost, i.e. free.

Even if you ignore that, £50 wouldn't cover the whole selection of games anyway. It'd maybe buy you two of the games. So even if you want to wilfully ignore that the money is for the online, and the games are therefore free, you still have to acknowledge that all but two of the games are indeed free. So its like "buy 2 get 30ish free".
