We were doing so well. Red Dead Redemption 2 is just days away from its 26th October launch, but spoilers are starting to make their way online. It's not unusual for this sort of thing to happen, but it's worth pointing out nonetheless -- especially for a game so many are excited to play for themselves. We've already spotted a map screen, snippets of footage, and some other bits and pieces on places like Reddit (which we won't link to, of course).
Unfortunately, this is just something that happens these days. It's impossible to completely avoid exposure to this stuff, but hopefully this warning will be enough to put some of you on red (dead) alert. Be careful what you click on -- the wait is almost over.

@LN78 Good question! I don't think it was ever truly confirmed, but it might be worth comparing the two. Well remembered
I can't play this weekend because I have company over...
IT'S LIT!!!!!!!
I'm not on any social media and only ever use Push Square and plod sites so hopefully I'll be sound.
I just saw a 30 sec clip from Reddit, gameplay only, and boy oh boy am I hyped!
The leaks are inevitable. I don't mind seeing bits of gameplay, as long as it's not spoiling important story elements.
Good to know. That's why lately when I'm playing a game I'll have my wife look up something for me if I'm stuck at a certain part or whatever. She pretty much always sees late game spoilers and tells me it's good I had her look.
honestly i'm surprised the entire plot isn't on Wikipedia already
@FullbringIchigo don't put that out there. Some clown will take you up on it.
I'd like to see actual gameplay as well, instead of all these scripted ads.
@Giygas_95 same here mate I have a bloody wedding to go to!
@sham8nix Stinks don't it? I could probably fit some time in, but I may have to use headphones. My parents are coming to see me, and they definitely don't appreciate bad language which this game is sure to have lots of.
Better stay away from anything related to Red Dead online just to be on the safe side.
Arthur Morgan gets killed by John Marston at the end of the game...
Only kidding! I’ve been limiting myself to what sites I visit for this reason. It is still hard to keep yourself spoiler-free these days. The missus usually watches the soaps on record/catch up and always complains that she comes across spoilers whenever she’s on social media.
@MaccaMUFC I'm actually expecting that...it makes sense and it's a nice nod to the end of Red Dead Redemption
Par for the course these days. It pisses me off that there are scumbags out there who actually enjoy ruining the game for people and worse, idiots actually give them views for their youtube or twitch channel.
