Upcoming monster-mashing role-playing title God Eater 3 will enjoy extensive post-launch support, Bandai Namco has revealed. Free updates will bring extra missions, character customisation options, and various gameplay tweaks after the game has released.
What's more, Bandai Namco is also considering the possibility of additional story content as well as new enemies to fight and new non-playable characters who can join you in battle.
God Eater 3 is set to launch in Japan in just a couple of weeks, while the Western release date is marked for the 8th February 2019.

Honestly these days post launch content just makes me more likely to hold off on buying a game until it is cheaper and contains everything.
@crimsontadpoles I might be wrong but I thought they meant it as free updates.
@WanderingBullet Regardless, I feel the same way. Nintendo pulled this stunt with Splatoon, and it was annoying. It felt incomplete at launch because it was, and they drip fed the rest of the content and features throughout the year as "free" updates.
@WanderingBullet Yeah. I just meant that the game will have more content and possibly be cheaper a few months after launch, so I'm in no rush to get it on Day 1.
@crimsontadpoles Ah, ok.
