Inazuma Eleven Ares has been delayed multiple times already, and it’s been pushed back yet again. As part of a 15-minute broadcast, Level-5 boss Akihiro Hino explained the reasons behind the frequent set-backs, and there’s a full summary that you can read on Gematsu. Effectively it boils down to external developers not fulfilling their end of the bargain, and the overall quality of the project not meeting the organisation’s expectations.
The title will now not release prior to May 2019 in Japan, which is crazy when you consider the studio originally intended to have the title out in time for the World Cup this past summer. Work goes on.

Really hope this comes west on PlayStation.
Man Level 5 is having a rough time. This is the 5th delay. NNK2 disappointed had a tough dev cycle and their mobile efforts were a bust. It seems the move to HD and multiplatform have brought the team to their knees.
Well atleast we have so many great games so let them take their time.
@Flaming_Kaiser thats understandable the first or second delay but a fifth delay means there are serious issues going on. There seems to be a lot of management problems.
