Is it just us, or does it feel like Code Vein has been around forever, despite the fact that it doesn't release until the 27th September? The upcoming action role-playing game did run into a number of delays during development, but hey, at least it's almost here. Now we just have to hope it turns out well.
And that's where its playable demo comes in. If you want to get your hands on the game early, Bandai Namco will be releasing a demo on the 3rd September. "In this demo, players will be able to create their own character, explore the start of the game, and dive into the first part of “The Depths”, a challenging dungeon that will test any Revenant’s mettle," the press release reads.
Will you be giving Code Vein a go early next month? Show us your oversized weapon in the comments section below.

FINALLY! Been waiting ages for this and I'm very happy they're putting out a demo to try!
Pleeeeeeeease don't suck!
been wanting for a demo .oh yeah.word up son
this will do in the meantime while we wait for Sony to officially reveal DemonsSouls remake!!!
I played the Closed Test alpha (or whatever it was called), and I loved it. It was waaaaaay better than I thought it'd be, and just an absolute blast to play by yourself, and even more so with a friend.
I just hope they make a couple of the AI companions more useful (gun waifu is the best overall choice), and iron out some of the animations for heavy weapons.
Getting this day one though!
Pre-order after the network test. What I got to play was great.
In a time of pre-render launch trailers with zero game-play. N/B has done an Open test and now a demo 20+ days before launch. Well done.
Great they are doing a demo!Really quite interested in this game but not enough to pay out without knowing what I'm getting.
Really enjoyed my network test playtime, character creator was super fun and combat was addictive, if a little floaty. Story seems ridiculous and fun too. Already preordered, just wish this wasn’t coming out the same week as The surge 2!!!!
