Ubisoft is doing its best to turn around the fortunes of its tactical third-person shooter Ghost Recon: Breakpoint with a slew of free updates and patches alongside its season pass. The developer has proven in the past that it can manufacturer a success story thanks to the likes of Rainbow Six: Siege, and an upcoming live Terminator event might be the break that Breakpoint has been looking for.
Starting this Wednesday on PlayStation 4, players will be able to participate in the in-game Terminator live event free of charge -- concluding at an undisclosed time. The teaser trailer above doesn't exactly give much away besides the machine's arrival on Auroa so you'll have to play for yourself to see what happens next.
The French publisher is already hard at works tending to numerous community requests which are set to improve the experience across 2020, although whether it can be as successful as Ghost Recon: Wildlands in the long run remains to be seen. Are you going to log in to check out this Terminator event in Ghost Recon: Breakpoint? Let us know in the comments below.

What does the Terminator have to do with a military FPS?
@phillyjeff it's not a FPS and it's based on an island that has more or less Terminator style robot cars so him being in this game is kind of fitting
@Oyster pretty much. Behemoths and Wolves are futuristic men and machines. Not to mention Terminators come from the future so it ties in. I’m excited for it. And they toned down Erewhon coughing. Win!
