New Transformers Game Is Rolling Out on PS4 in October

Was kinda hoping we would've gotten a sequel to Devastation.

I’m so glad I have Devastation in my library, can’t believe it got delisted and people are missing out on that absolute gem.

This doesn't look that great to me, but I agree devastation was a decent game, didn't Platinum Games follow it up with a similar styled game for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? Was that any good?

Meh. It looks okay but it's no Transformers Devastation.

Watching the video, my interest went from 100 to 0 in 40 seconds.

They just need to read comments here to figure out the Transformer game people actually want. They are going backwards with this iP (in general)

I’m interested. Was mildly put off by the cartoony gfx at the start then warmed up when I saw Arcee blast Soundwave just before Prime and Megatron squared off.

Glad it’s about G1 transformers; perhaps it’s my age (aka old), but never really clicked with the Bay films and that style of TF.

Agree with the other comments about Devastation though! Got it with PS+ and enjoyed it!!

LOL, not kidding, I was convinced this was a mobilegame until I saw the PS4 logo and was like 👀😵🤔

Another upvote for Devastation getting the look/feel of Gen 1 right even though it could get a bit samey...likewise I didn't mind the old High Moon Fall of Cybertron-I wish I had played War of Cybertron but FOC suckered me in with the Old school Optimus preorder skin on ps3! Never got the ps4 one sadly as the price seemed a ripoff & a dodgy port by the sounds of it. Wait & see on this.

Of all the things NOONE wanted, apart from a sequel to the absolutely shocking Nickelodeon Racers, this is it.

If these are leaking from tonight's announcement I'm already worried.

That looks terrible. What we need is a sequel to the two Cybertron High-Moon Transformers games. Something like that would be awesome. Or even a reboot.

Yeah, a proper follow up to Fall of Cybertron or Devastation would be good.

I don't play games on my mobile, I'm so old so I actually call people with it and some occasional Spotify (Metal)-playlist. And a few sms of course, so I have no idea about mobile games - but this could be the same game as the one you mention.

Yeah I’m not impressed. Sequel to Fall of Cybertron is what should be happening. Not a mobile looking strategy title on PS4. Now my hopes turn to Certain Affinity’s new title I the works. Namco Bandai you dropped a huge IP in the slag on this one. Also if you can’t even get the transforming sound actually sounding cool then I have little hope for this or your team. It’s like your team was comprised of people who never even watched a Transformers episode, played any of the games or even care about this for that matter. Booooooo.
