Poll: What New PS5 Games Are You Most Excited About?

I want Sonic on the PS5.

No Demon's Souls because...?

Horizon Forbidden West was the only exclusive I was really gaga about. But the presentation was strong over all. A lot of good games. Also looking forward to Kena (maybe on PS4; we'll see) and am moderately interested in seeing how RE Village turns out.

PS5 looks like it'll be developing a solid library of must-play games WAY sooner than the PS4 did, which, dynamite sales aside, took some time to fill out its library with bangers.

Resident Evil Village is missing an l. That would make it RE7 again

My votes so far are for Demon's Souls, RE8, and Ratchet and Clank.

Horizon 2 with it's special ps5 edition....

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Hitman 3, and Horizon Forbidden West have me most excited.

I was going to put Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Horizon Forbidden West & Demon Souls, but as Demon Souls isn't there I put Resident Evil Village. I'm looking forward to few of them, like Spiderman: Miles Morales, AC Valhalla, Deathloop, Dirt 5, Returnal Housemarque new game.

Horizon and Mile Morales Spidey are day one without doubt and went with AC Valhalla for three but could have been Resi. Plenty of others to keep an eye on.

When they start to announce games that dont look like PS4 games I'll get excited.

@BearsEatBeets We did a poll specifically about the PS5 games you're most excited about that were at the reveal event, yes. This poll takes those into account as well as titles announced since then and stuff that was left out such as Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

@LiamCroft ah that explains it. It will be interesting to see if choices have changed much in light of new games or new information.

Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart. Until I saw it I didn't believe it was happening. Cannot wait, Ratchet & Clank was the reason I got a PS4 four years ago this December and I loved every second of it. Destruction AllStars and Sackboy A Big Adventure have really caught my eye as well and both Kena Bridge of Spirits and Returnal look very intriguing. I think Demon's Soul's was a big high for me too.

I'm one of the few who really likes the look of Stray.

Think my choices remain the same: Demon Souls, Horizon and Ratchet and Clank. Up t'word my son. Go on.

None. I'll be going for the series X for the first time. I prefer 60 FPS frame rates at minimum which ps5 cannot offer It's actually a 9.2 TFLOP console.

I honestly don’t give two turds about a single one of those games that isn’t being released on PS4.
This line up is as abysmal as the PS4 launch line up.

I’m ready for PS5! I’ll be set for next gen with my Ryzen 9/2080 Ti equipped PC, PS5, and while not next gen, the Switch will surely have some more killer exclusive games coming in the next year. Unless Microsoft have a bunch of exclusive games they don’t also bring over to Microsoft Windows, I can see myself being perfectly content not getting the next gen Xbox.

Where is GTA 6?

I was hoping Horizon would tell Rost's story this time and drop Aloy. That would have been ace and could tell such a good story with so much to pull from.
Fighting with other tribes, the rise of the robots, Rost growing and his development and finally leaving with Aloy. I hope they do this for the 3rd one.

The next Horizon for me!!! Also, my next two picks...I guess I must be a platform junkie, because I honestly can't wait for the Sackboy game (love Little Big Planet) and the next Ratchet And Clank. Now...it's all coming down to when games are being released...which ones at launch and which ones the following year.

I am looking forward to PS5 exclusives. If it is coming to PS4 or Xbone then I am more excited for it on them as it will save me some money in the short term as I likely won't be able to afford PS5 or Series X on release.

As per usual with these PS polls, there was only one title on the list which sparked any interest from me. So as per usual, I selected the one that interests me, along with two others, selected at random which I have no clue about.
Why do we have to select three? In my case, it just provides false results for the poll.

i just realized i might be waiting for more game announcements. it's literally just Ratchet and Clank for me. I mean i suppose i'll buy Horizon, but not that much excited me, i guess.
