We rather like SnowRunner here at Push Square Towers, so this news comes as a pleasant surprise. Developer Saber Interactive has now added mod support to the harsh off-roading simulator on PlayStation 4, meaning a crazy new world of possibilities has opened up.
As you can see in the above trailer, you'll be able to access all kinds of cool and crazy mods to bring new life to the game. You'll be able to install mods that add new maps, customised and brand new vehicles, and more besides. It'll all be viewable via an in-game mod browser, so you can pick and choose the mods you want.
In order to access mods in SnowRunner on PS4, you'll need to have a registered account on mod.io, and then link it to your PSN account. Then, you should be able to go mod mad. This update is available now on PS4 — will you be checking out the mod support in SnowRunner? Get stuck into the comments section below.

This was my Game of the Year, I wish it showed up in the Push Square poll so more people perhaps got to experience it.
Really hope devs ensure that mods being installed disables trophies on a save. Otherwise it could mean the death of trophy challenges for games.
Looks like what MotorStorm would've looked like on the PS4
@thefourfoldroot
Over on another Xbox site i go to people are saying mods dont disabled achievements so i'm guessing its the same for trophies.
Definitely still some issues with this game, but it's better than it was at launch.
One of the slowest, most frustrating, yet "just one more mission" games around. The times I've turned the air blue having rolled my truck approaching the finish.
Haven't played SnowRunner in a couple of months, but I'll jump back in to try out the PS4 mods
@sanderson72 loved motorstorm. Apocalypse being a favourite
@Boucho11 I miss Evolution Studios. Sony really didn't treat them very well.
