Madden NFL 22 made some pretty big improvements to its Franchise mode this year, but when you see what 2K Sports is doing with MyNBA on the PlayStation 5, it serves as a reminder of just how far behind the American football franchise is. While EA Sports added offensive and defensive coordinators, NBA 2K22 will allow you to assign up to 17 different roles to your team, with personnel evolving and developing as you progress.
Depending on their attributes, you could have a Strength Trainer who eventually becomes a Team Doctor, for example – there’s so much depth and flexibility to each employee’s attributes that you could spend tens of hours on this aspect alone. A new Courtside Report delves into the dizzying number of details, which have been completely overhauled and re-written for the next-gen version of the game. Impressive stuff.
Training has also been the focus of the team’s attention, giving you more ways to plan and prep your roster’s development. You’ll need to take into account fatigue and fitness, as well as your opponent and game plan. You’ll even be able to assign unique game plan parameters for when you’re simulating, giving your starters a rest when you’re several possessions in the lead in the dying embers of a game, for example. It’s super in-depth stuff.
And these additions have been enhanced by a new spreadsheet layout which packs more information onto a single page at once. While this isn’t the sexiest of updates, it’ll allow you to absorb much more data at once, which will make decision-making that little bit more convenient. You can find out much more in the Courtside Report, but for now, let us know which team you’ll be leading to NBA glory this year.

I saw the angryJoe review about Madden 22 how could you praise a piece of garbage game like that? I was laughing when i watched it at the start but after a while you just get shocked how little effort went into that game.
But about NBA2K im certain that they already are figuring out hoe to monetize the crap out of this.
Bring on the franchise mode!
@Flaming_Kaiser I do feel like Angry Joe's review is a little misleading, though, because he's just found five or so of the most upvoted glitches on Reddit and presented them all back-to-back.
While it's a bad look, it's not necessarily representative of the actual experience I've had with the game. Not saying it's perfect or anything — far from it — but it's not as bad as he makes it look IMO.
It seems like coach Pop has no money sense at all...
@get2sammyb It was a review of a hour or so and im sorry but glitches like this in a full priced game should get the Cyberpunk treatment.
It looks like he is a massive fan of NFL and he had quite a few great points that they pull effort out then they put in the game.
I had nothing to do at work so i had a hour to waste and he had some solid points. And its not like i agree with him on everything the guy think BvS is a good movie.... 😐
With these amounts of cash made i believe they could and be doing way better.
