In a move that you don't see happen too often these days, slick looking PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 brawler Sifu has had its release date pushed forward. It was set to launch on the 22nd February 2022 — following a delay out of this year — but now it's kicking and punching onto Sony's systems two weeks earlier, on the 8th February 2022.
Clearly the game's development is coming along nicely. Hopefully Sifu lives up to all of the hype when it hits early next year.
Are you looking forward to Sifu? Catch some hands in the comments section below.

Cool that gives it a bit of breathing room from Horizon and Elden Ring so I might pick this up now if reviews are good.
@Korgon Yeah I think this is a tactical move to get away from the heavy hitters later in February. I don't blame the devs for doing it!
Good move, as long as it’s indeed ready by then
I really hope this turns out well. It looks pretty cool.
This was the game I was going to miss in Feb and get later with Elden Ring and Horizon been my Feb purchases. Looks like I can get all 3 in Feb again. Can’t wait to play them all
Nice! Now I might actually have some spare time for this.
The gameplay video they just released looks really stellar.
February is looking to be quite the month for video games!
@Grimwood Yes they do, I am exited for Elden Ring and Sifu. Crazy, right?
Any significant differences between ps4/5?
How about waiting with a release date for when it can be set in stone? It's not like it's a problem in any shape or form, but I find it pointless.
"Things can change" Yes, that's the reason to wait.
A game’s release date has been moved FORWARD?!?! What trickery is this?
"Oops! We accidentally finished the game early! Whodathunkit?"
Guaranteeing more sales with a product that bit more unfinished. All part of the world we live in today
This is Fantastic! Now if Horizon Forbidden West gets pushed forward a week I won't have to rush finishing it before Elden Ring.
@Grimwood They do collide, I want to play Sifu, Horizon and Elden Ring
I may actually try this game out before Horizon launches, depends on the price and my financial situation.
