Far Cry 4 villain Pagan Min is the star of the next Far Cry 6 DLC, scheduled to release next week on 11th January 2022 for PlayStation 5 and PS4. It'll be available standalone for £11.99/$14.99 or as part of the season pass, and will once again be more of a rogue-like experience that dives "the depths of the villain’s troubled psyche". The first bit of Far Cry 6 DLC, which featured Far Cry 3 favourite Vaas, followed the same setup.
"Blending intense action and storytelling, Pagan: Control will provide a unique opportunity for players to explore Pagan’s mind, learn more about his past, and face off against familiar faces as he struggles to break free from his cycle of guilt and regrets."
In another few months, the third and final announced piece of Far Cry 6 DLC will launch, with Far Cry 5's religious cult leader Joseph Seed taking centre stage. You shouldn't expect to play any of this as part of the Ubisoft+ subscription service, however. While the membership will soon become available on Xbox, Ubisoft confirmed to us it doesn't "have anything to share about other platforms at this time".
In our Far Cry 6 PS5 review, we said the latest Ubisoft open worlder is "the best game in the series", but that depends on how many of them you've already played. "It's another healthy serving of comfort food; one that sticks to what it knows best while slightly iterating positively."

Nice I will definitely play this. Far Cry 4 is my personal favorite of the series and Pagan Minn was a fantastic villain. The Vaas DLC was also the first and only Rogue-like style game I've ever actually liked so yeah bring it on!
Double Nice! I’ve finished the first Vaas DLC, Blood Dragon, Danny Trejo and most of the Special Operations.
Can’t wait for the rest! Amazing game.
I still say Far Cry 4 was the best in the series
Looking forward to meeting Pagan Min again.
I'm tempted to buy the season pass as i hope its 'different' enough from the base to be enjoyable.
I found the base game rather 'meh' and some of the gameplay and storyline decisions left a lot to be desired. It literally came across as Ubisoft combining every gameplay trope from all their franchises into 1 game.
Blooddragon has supposedly had little to no additional work done to it to port it to modern systems. Which seems lazy. But i never played it the 1st time round so again, im looking forward to it.
Looks like a gender studies teacher at a so-so university.
I planned on getting the platinum trophy for Far Cry 6, but it was such a hollow experience that I finished the campaign and uninstalled the game. As much fun as the DLC may be, I just can't be arsed. I always praised the series for being unadulterated fun, but F6 is a huge step back.
How about they sort the game out first before making more and more money from it. The screen tear on ps5 is an abundant feature and is beginning to wind me up. Next gen my arse
Didn't like the Vaas DLC. Might not bother with this one
Haven't played FC6 or the first DLC but if it's anything like FC4 or FC5's DLC then it will be pretty rubbish. It seems they farm these out to their support studios to come up with something, likely to get them used to using the engine and train them up. But since Blood Dragon (which I still think is the best Far Cry) all the DLC has been B-rate pants.
Far Cry 2 is the best..
