We're just a few days from the release of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot on PS5, alongside the game's first slice of Season 2 DLC in Bardock: Alone Against Fate. But just to keep the ball rolling, Bandai Namco is already teasing the next expansion.
At the end of the new Bardock trailer, we get this image:
As avid fans may know, the silhouette belongs to a young Goku, or more specifically, Goku from the near the end of the original Dragon Ball series. This is when he signs up for the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai tournament, and eventually faces off against the offspring of the Demon King Piccolo — a young adult version of the Piccolo everyone knows and loves from Dragon Ball Z.
Of course, this pretty much confirms that the Season Pass 2's second DLC will take us back to the past. Definitely something to look forward to if you're a fan.

This could be really cool. That tournament arc is full of memorable moments.
yeah im excited for season 2 but as it seems there going back in time then i hope for season 3 they do the tournament of power arc. i want non stop fighting agiasnt hit and jiren and all them lol or even some gt just cuz ss4
I love DBZ. But im just not a fan of Japanese games, gameplay is just strange idk. When this game was announced I thought it was going to be a legit detailed open world rpg that i can get lost in dbz world, but this is not it. The figting gets repetitve and landscapes look like ps2
Less gooo. A lot of people don‘t look back and remember Dragon Ball’s early days. GT was adventurous because they wanted to recapture DB’s adventurous nature.
Dragonball's fight scenes were the best as choreography is concerned. I wish we would see more of that. I'm stoked for this whenever it drops later in the year. HUGE DB fan for over 25 years now.
@Waitinonpsvr2 Just saying, expect the lowest of quality when it comes to developers from Bandai Namco. The only exception here is Fromsoft and Arcsys.
I don't care. I already beat it. Don't think i even got the Trunks DLC.
These dlc are self contained side stories and not actual expansions to the main game.
So, i am just waiting to see if they make a sequel based on DB Super.
I'd love to play thru this arc so that's cool!
Does anyone know if this PS5 version comes with the first season included?
