You know how we feel about CG trailers, but we've already seen plenty of Wild Hearts ahead of its impending release — so we're willing to let this latest video slide. The monster-slaying action RPG it out on PS5 next week, and our hype's greater than ever after having watched this cinematic.
In short, it's a really good trailer. It sets the tone especially well, showing off a number of kemono — the game's rampaging beasts — while also injecting some lovely looking action.
Are you looking forward to Wild Hearts? Will you be picking it up at launch? Draw your blade in the comments section below.

It's out next week? Damn I didn't even realize it was that close.
Will stick to monster hunter thanks
No demo. Not enough game play down from a game that is currently considered a clone.
@Nepp67 Lack of faith in their product.
Wish this had a different name.
Sounds like the offspring of a Wild Arms and Kingdom Hearts crossover. Not to mention we have an Atomic Heart coming out soon too. The whole dictionary of possible names are at their disposal, and they come up with “Wild Hearts” 😴
I never thought I would say this but there are too many games.
@BeerIsAwesome Well there has been plenty of gameplay footage released so that's on you.
@Cutmastavictory 10hr trial on EAplay.
@Th3solution Plus there's Sayonara Wild Hearts, a completely unrelated game, with a very similar name.
Yeah, I don't think I care. Maybe if I hear good things post launch I'll think about picking it up discounted
@JP80 Yup. And with Rise at half the price on release... to be honest, I'm happy to stick to World, still!
@stvevan welp that's dumb. Gating a new i.p. demo behind a pay wall smh
@extragood oh yeah, I knew it sounded familiar from another game and Sayonara Wild Hearts is a ridiculously similar name.
I wish these developers would ask me for help when they are trying to think of a title for their game. The monsters are called kemono. Couldn’t we just call it Kemono? 😅
@Cutmastavictory EAplay is part of Game pass if you have it
Doesnt look much different then Wo Long, but Wo Long has way more buzz. I think this game should have more buzz, really, but the climbing on boxes is about the dumbest thing I have ever seen. If you want people to fight on monsters just have columns or rocks etc around they can jump off of.
Does need a more Chinese, or Japanese name.
Waiting for reviews, but most likely will get this on sale for $25 New or cheaper in a few years.
Samurai warriors fighting mythical monsters, kinda reminds me of 47 Ronin but with silly technology.
