NIS America’s bright and breezy Monster Menu: The Scavenger’s Cookbook is marinating ahead of its 23rd May release date on PS5 and PS4 – but if you can’t wait to take a bite, then you can taste test a free demo on either of Sony’s systems starting from today. Most importantly of all, your progress in the appetiser will transfer to the main course, should you decide to pick it up at launch (or, of course, later).
“An all-you-can-eat adventure awaits in Monster Menu: The Scavenger’s Cookbook,” reads the official blurb. “Explore sprawling dungeons, scavenge for resources, and fight monsters in classic strategy RPG-style battles. Use what you’ve found to cook stat-boosting meals around the campfire before digging into another heaping helping of dungeon crawling fun!”
And just in case you needed more information to chew on, we’ll have a full review fairly soon. Watch this space!

True story. I saw this article title a couple of hours ago and I thought "Taste Test" was the name of the company that made the game, which I thought was a pretty cool name for an indie dev.
Just looked again and realized it was just a play on words.😂
@rjejr I thought the game was called Taste Test Strategy at first and that Square Enix were at it again with their god awful names
@Drrat Yeah I may have read it like that at one point as well. If only the English language had some type of "way" to differentiate certain "words" so we could know how to "read" a sentence. Oh well, read it enough times and I guess we'll figure it out eventually. 😂
