Like it or loathe it, the Five Nights at Freddy's games are super popular — just take a look at the views on the above trailer vs. any other trailer released in the last few days on PlayStation's YouTube. Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted 2 is the next in the series, and it's arriving for PSVR2 on 14th December 2023.
Announced earlier this year, this is another virtual reality entry, largely made up of various minigames. There are some more traditional scares to be had with some revamped Sister Location gameplay, but on top of that are five categories of minigame to enjoy — Backstage, Fazcade, Staff Only, Food Prep, and Ticket Booth. These have been designed for replayability, with lots of variables as you play through them.
Enhancing all of them are the PSVR2's bells and whistles, of course; the game's "most terrifying moments" will make use of the headset rumble, while eye tracking, 3D audio, and haptic feedback in the PSVR2 Sense Controllers have been implemented throughout. There's more information available on the PS Blog.

The first one was quite fun, and this looks even better. Seems like they've given a lot of thought into replayability with the mini games.
My son loves this whole universe so is really excited to play this. Its good that they are using all the headsets features too. December is looking a good month for the platform
They have also release a PS5/optional PSVR2 version of the first game this week, with a reasonnable upgrade price for previous version owners, but the new version apparently requires 2m x 2m (roomscale).
I love VR, but I cannot even attempt to play horror in VR. It's one thing seeing a jumpscare on a flat screen TV. It's another when it's right up to your face.
I do hope this game does well though, as the first Help Wanted seems to be a very high quality title.
