This feels like it's come around super fast, but it's time once again for the next official Formula One game. Codemasters has released the above teaser for EA Sports F1 24, this year's instalment in the motorsport sim series. While it doesn't give us many clues as to what's new, a press release gives us a little more insight.
F1 24 will largely be familiar if you've played previous entries, but will of course feature the new season's teams, cars, and circuits. The game will have "an overhauled Career mode" as well as "a new EA SPORTS Dynamic Handling System", whatever that means.
Interestingly, fans who play EA Sports F1 23 can get an early look at in-game cars from the 2024 season — if they pre-order the upcoming title. If you do, you will be able to hop into selected vehicles in Time Trial events prior to the real world season's first weekend (which begins 29th February in Bahrain).
A proper unveiling of the game is coming in April, and it'll be available for PS5 and PS4 starting 31st May 2024, so it's just a few months away. Are you excited for EA Sports F1 24? Join the grid in the comments section below.

Hope they’ve genuinely redesigned career mode. If they have, it’s a day one purchase for me.
First one i wont buy in ages.
F1 22 was horrible and 23 story mode and lootbox mode werent nearly enough to justify purchase.
Someone here said in comments that best F1 game is GT7 and i have to agree.
The interesting thing will be if it supports PSVR2 this time as well as PCVR. If it doesn’t then the quest 3 doom-mongers on this site will have a party in the comments 🤣🤣
Although if the game supports PCVR and the PSVR2 headset will support PC play going forward then that’s still one option at least
If they add PSVR2 support, I'll buy it.
"We bet it'll look like F1"
I bet that the PS5 version will look identical to the PS4 version running on a Pro - all the others have! Only difference is that the kerb rumble will work on the PS4.
