Bethesda has managed to successfully spread Fallout fever off the back of Amazon Prime's well-received TV show, with sales of Fallout 4 increasing by a whopping 7,500 per cent in Europe. It was the continent's best-selling game last week, accounting for both physical and digital purchases. Other titles in the RPG series have also made the top 10, like Fallout 3, Fallout 76, and Fallout: New Vegas.
Data shared by GSD confirms Fallout 4 sold best on PC, accounting for 69 per cent of sales. The RPG is readily available on PS Plus Extra and Xbox Game Pass, though, so subscribers wouldn't need to buy the game to start playing. Then, it was Fallout 76, Fallout: New Vegas, and Fallout 3 taking the eighth, ninth, and tenth positions respectively. As for the games released before Bethesda bought the IP, the Fallout Classic Collection — which bundles the first two games together along with Fallout Tactics — was the 43rd best-selling game in Europe last week.
The more recent Fallout games are now expected to stay in the best-selling charts for a little while, with discounts making them cheaper than they've ever been and a PS5 version of Fallout 4 arriving next week. Launching on 25th April 2024, it promises new modes focusing on better resolutions and frame rates as well as more content from its Creation Club. Current PS4 owners will get a free upgrade, but if you don't own Fallout 4 yet, you'll want to take a look at the current PS Store sale to get it on the cheap.
European Best-Selling Games (8th-14th April 2024)
- Fallout 4
- Helldivers 2
- EA Sports FC 24
- Grand Theft Auto V
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
- Red Dead Redemption 2
- Hogwarts Legacy
- Fallout 76
- Fallout: New Vegas
- Fallout 3

Wish they would re release 3 and new Vegas for ps5
Yeah I’ve been tempted back too tbh. Think I’m gonna playthrough New Vegas again… but they’re all pretty good to be fair.
Really curious to see how gow and horizon do when their series comes out.
I definitely have the itch to jump back in after watching. I will be all over the PS5 version of 4.
I did all I ever wanted in those games and I don't like fanmodded content, so no reason for me to go back yet. Maybe in 5-10 years as a nostalgia trip...
Can't wait to get stuck into the ps5 update. I don't have an xbox so i've never had a good fallout 4 experience on console. Wonder if that leaked document that listed a fallout 3 remaster is legit?
Are Fallout 3 and New Vegas actually playable on PS5? I have a PC and Series X so can play those games anyway if I wanted to revisit them.
@BugCatcherGarl Lucy was great. I'm not sure what you are going on about? The show didn't even just focus on her either.
@BAMozzy only through streaming I believe
I've enjoyed returning to them, though this time on PC where they're all available. I actually got that mini nuke collection despite owning a few already and I've just offed Benny in New Vegas and am scavenging around Boston in Fallout 4 to spend way too much time settlement building again.
Fingers crossed the next gen patch of Fallout 4 fixes it's ludicrous save file issue, so I can actually play my save file on the PS5 version
Apparently Bethesda still hates money, because it's clear as day that a Fallout 3/New Vegas remaster/remake package would sell faster than smack (am I allowed to say that?) not to mention an Oblivion one would sell just as well. But no, Bethesda is probably busying patting themselves on the back for Starfield, a 6/10 game.
@carlos82 That's what I thought... New Vegas was my Favourite Fallout game - although never played the first 2 or 76. I haven't finished 4 either so may return once its patched for current hardware. Its one of those 'backlog' games in my collection...
@BAMozzy only via PS Plus Premium and it's streaming at that, no download.
@Ajfennell77 If you have a modern PC of some kind, you could probably run both of those games just fine even with an integrated video card - they are available for purchase on just about any digital storefront as well as available through Game Pass PC.
Or maybe Sony should just do a better job with supporting older games on modern hardware.
Or you could...I don't know...buy an Xbox to play it since it IS natively playable there. Heck, even a cheap Xbox One can handle it.
Fallout 3 and fallout vegas are the best and run like a dream on series X 4k60fps. 9/10
fallout 76 despite its reputation i thoroughly enjoyed doing all the main quests in that game. 8/10
fallout 4 i feel wasnt as enjoyable the limited dialogue system, more of a shooter than RPG, settlement building not for me, constant settlement in trouble stuff was a chore 7/10
Gaming has become such a weird place. These games have been around forever, certainly have been in the spotlight for ages. But make a TV show of it and suddenly it starts selling like nobody ever heard of it before? Do people seriously just buy whatever's placed passively in front of them (as long as it's cheap?) Sounds like the kind of thing Americans would have been bashed for 30 years ago. Now the whole world is just one big America?
@NEStalgia "Do people seriously just buy whatever's placed passively in front of them (as long as it's cheap?)"
In a way, yes. Remember that the vast majority of gamers only play games like Fortnite, Destiny, sports titles, etc. I bet a lot don't even think about older titles until they are introduced to them because of headlines.
So...Fallout was actually good...it's in headlines...these casual gamers think "I wonder what this game is all about"...they see it's cheap...they buy it to "check it out".
@Splat yeah i tthought the Fallout tv show was a great. The show captured the feel of fallout and told a good story that im intrigued to see where it goes next
With sales figures like this, I hope Bethesda and Microsoft see the huge amount of money that would be on the table for when Fallout 5 actually becomes a thing! But by then Microsoft could easily be a fully 3rd party developer. Time will tell.
I haven’t watched the fallout show yet, but I do plan to. However, with the added interest in the series throwing the game into the limelight again, I have Fallout 4 downloaded and ready to play very soon! 😄
@BugCatcherGarl I think we're all just a little confused why you think that having a female protagonist makes the show "girl-power." They're 50% of the world's population, my dude.
@GamingFan4Lyf It's not like it's a hidden gem of a brand, it's right out there in the open, it's been out there for quite some time. If it didn't interest someone before a TV show, IDK why a TV show makes them suddenly interested.
I think this is a big part of what keeps messing up the industry in budgeting, projections and everything. They're confused about who their market and potential market actually is because these cross media campaigns that make random people that otherwise don't care buy a thing then resets their expectations of who their actual market is, and then those people have lost interested and don't care again by the next release.
It's like Wii trying to create new core gamers. Just because you catch someone's attention that never cared before for a fleeting moment doesn't mean you have their attention 4 years from now at $70.
@NEStalgia so I’d been trying to get my missus to try Fallout for ages. The reason being that she loved Skyrim and was looking for something else to grab her in the same way. Try as I might, she just had no interest whatsoever… until she watched the show. Now she’s very interest in playing one (probably 4).
@NEStalgia That's true indeed. Back in 1997, Fallout was a hardcore gamer thing, "a game for gamers by gamers". The fact that here so many people never played the first 2 is indicative how niche these games were. Now just thinking it is owned by Microsoft and Amazon is producing a TV show on it .. It's like an original punk band going to MTV. The soul is sold and lost, whatever the quality of the new content.
Have to admit I bought Fallout 4 GOTY edition on Xbox even though I haven’t even watched the show yet! For under a tenner it was a steal, especially with the upgrade coming next week.
@B0udoir Fallout is New Metallica, confirmed!
I played Fallout: Tactics!
@colonelkilgore I don't know what's more depressing about that. An existing Skryim fan that wouldn't even try Fallout, from the same developer, even on her gaming nerd husband's own recommendation, or the fact that despite that, television is what changed her mind....sigh.
I'm the opposite problem, myself. I'm a Morrowind/Oblivion fan that's meh on Skyrim, and an OG Fallout fan that's meh on Bethesda Fallout. And I preordered 76 and played day 1....I still still have PTSD from the experience. Getting me back in is going to take more than a TV show. They need to hand it to Obsidian again.
Tempted to get a cheap second hand series S to play fallout and a few old backwards compatible games they have on Xbox.
@NEStalgia “… wouldn’t even try Fallout… on her gaming nerd husbands own recommendation…”
Dude this is 2024, wives pay absolutely no attention to their husband’s recommendations anymore 🤣… 😔
Good news for Fallout, I'll get round to it one day, I just came here to see where Helldivers fell to and very happy to see if fell by just one place ✊
@B0udoir
Unfortunately, no matter what the intent was when that punk band started, having all that corpo money slithering around makes selling out the preferred choice.
@NEStalgia Honestly Fallout Tactics was a good game in terms of turned-based strategy battles, but yeah it has nothing in common with Fallout expect the graphics, super mutants and the monsters with big claws (forgot the name). It's probably closer to Jagged Alliance than Fallout!
This is exactly the reason why Sony is making a series or movie of every IP these days. Best marketing for a game.
@B0udoir Ironically Interplay ended up publishing Jagged Alliance 2, but despite the similarities, they weren't involved in development, it's just a coincidence.
Imagine an era where Fallout had a turn based strategy spinoff..... Weird and fun game, though. My heart will always be with 1 & 2 though. The whole Cathedral thing in 1 was brilliant, you never forget it. But 2 really nailed the tone of everything I loved about it. I'll forever be wanting a true sequel to 2, even though it will never happen. I think I have to hang my hopes on The Outer Worlds 2. It's the best, last chance at something even close, but it still won't be the same.
@NEStalgia I assume you’ve tried Wasteland 2&3 games, as I’ve heard that they scratch that Fallout 1&2 itch?
@BAMozzy no
@NEStalgia I think it's great if it introduces newer gamers to some of the best games out there. Remember most of them would gladly pay 100's on skins every season so getting them interested in spending on different full games should be great for the industry in the long run.
@BugCatcherGarl Have you actually watched the show. I didn't get "Girl Power" from it at all.
@Frmknst Not everyone follows the game industry fanatically. Surely it's just better for everyone that new people find and play some great games.
@tangyzesty To be fair, that decision is down to Microsoft.
Does anyone know if The Last of Us saw a similar spike in sales? I'd be surprised if it didn't given the praise that show received.
I played Fallout 4 last year and sunk a disturbing amount of hours into it. It was fun, exploring was rewarded. The only thing I didn't like was settlement building and that was because it was hard to place objects and even by end game everything you could build still had an ugly shanty town aesthetic to it. There were mods available even on ps4 so maybe I'll revisit one day, but now back to my back catalog!
@NEStalgia Well also bear in mind that FO4 was 9 years ago so if someone was, say, 9 back then they probably didn't play it but now they'd be 18. Not to mention people that just didn't get around to it at the time, or perhaps people that did buy it at the time but lost or traded in their copy and are now in the mood again due to the series.
I watched an episode with my nephew - a pretty tame one in terms of inappropriate things - and he immediately wanted to play one of the games afterwards. He wasn't even born when FO4 came out.
Tourists 😉
.................dots because a pushsquare.com pop up says "can't you think of more to say". What the heck
@BugCatcherGarl Lucy barely beats up or kills anyone. I'd agree if she stepped out the vault and was like the Ghoul character, who is a total badass. The Mary Sue archetype is annoying, I agree, but one thing I like about this show is that she isn't magically killing people that are wearing power armour, and she actually needs to be saved sometimes rather than that being seen as sexist. Her main abilities seem to be diplomacy and being optimistic, which aren't the typical Mary Sue or Girl Boss things - in fact they usually do the opposite.
@Matroska 9 year olds were TOTALLY playing Fallout 9 years ago. Why do you think they added Minecraft base building mechanics?
@z0d15g0d You're not wrong, but I'm not sure if that whole reality depresses me more or less. Honestly the whole human condition feels like we're actually IN the reality the original Fallouts were darkly mocking.
@colonelkilgore I'm a hardline purist enough to say "But Fallout is Wasteland 2!"
Yeah, I did give it a try with intent to "get back into it later", my backlog is screaming, and I do have all that on Game Pass, but since those are "permanent" 1st party GP titles I end up putting them behind ones that might leave (P3R, should come first, but alas I managed to start P3R, FFXVI, and XIV (!) all at once...)
Wasteland has a similar gameplay mechanics feel to OG FO for sure,, but the tone and vibe is so totally different from the elder Fallout's. I think there's a sort of magic that they hit on FO1 & 2. Bethesda's take is basically a whole different series with a licensed name. It has the vault suit and the Pip Boy and basically nothing else in common with Fallout. Not even the same game world, really. But Wasteland kind of feels like it's also a different, "grittier spinoff" of FO, even if technically old FO is the less gritty, sardonic spinoff of Wasteland.
Definitely great games though. Fargo's contribution to FO is definitely the darker tones. I think his nihilism and the other's irony is what made the magic of early FO happen. Bethesda's just bathes in misery and bombast, forgetting the cynicism and non-sequitur that made the originals special.
@BugCatcherGarl Because you're saying it's not a good thing by saying "Amazon doing a girl-power series about Fallout doesn't make me want to play them again". And we're just saying it isn't that. If I said "Amazon making a Metroid series where Samus is an old lady doesn't make me want to play Metroid" you'd understandably assume I had a problem with Samus being old. And if Samus wasn't actually old in the series and I'd got the wrong idea, you may well point that out. That's all. 🤷
Phil Spencer: "Excellent. Gamers love genuine Xbox IP that we built from the ground up like Fallout and Call of Duty! The success of the Amazon show proves people love Xbox!"
@Americansamurai1 if it's a good show than there gonna do amazing numbers
I’m not gonna lie, I enjoyed the show more than any game and it’s kinda tempting me into giving Fallout 76 another chance.
@The_Wailing_Doom Nah, he’d be like “every one who watched the show is an Xbox gamer now, and when everybody plays we all win😴”.
@Drago201 really hope they get gow right. Really want to see who they get to play kratos.
Another settlement need HALP!!!1!1
@Americansamurai1 honestly that's gonna be the most difficult part is finding somebody physically the same and a good enough actor to do it
I have reinstalled Fallout 4 in anticipation of the upgrade while working my way through the show(enjoying it)...never finished the game on release because the load times where a joke....everytime you went inside which was alot a huge load time...really killed it for me
Loved 3 and nv and played both alot
@Drago201 yeah agreed.
@Americansamurai1. @Drago201. Dave Bautista perhaps.
@Stevemalkpus nah he already said he doesn't wanna be shirtless anymore or have to bulk up for roles
It is a great game and it's real cheap on steam atm so I got it in anticipation for Fallout London
Currently playing it on my ps5 for the 1st time (finished it 4 or so times on Xbox) and still enjoying it even if the building isn't a patch on 76
@Drago201 @Americansamurai1 I really don't understand why they wouldn't just cast Chris Judge. He has celebrity appeal, and his voice is now the iconic Kratos voice even though he's not the original, and the dude's huge like Kratos with the right build and athleticism. Yeah, he doesn't exactly look Greek or fit the character's appearance otherwise, but I think these days Krato's voice is more iconic than appearance, and suspension of disbelief would work fine when you hear THE voice, and his size and build fits the gap enough to not notice.
There’s a whole lot of weird gatekeeping going on in a bunch of the posts here.
So yeah you liked something before it was popular… that’s awesome, and nobody can steal that experience from you! But now, by virtue of the Fallout TV series kicking off, more people are going to get to enjoy that experience too… isn’t that also awesome too?! Just because you like something doesn’t mean you own it, or have any real right to enjoy that IP more than anyone who came to enjoy it later than you did, so why should it make any difference? Surely it should be great news that more people are discovering something you love (as trust me, it doesn’t make that thing that you love any less special!), and now there’s a wider audience for a potential next instalment… making that potential next instalment more likely. It all sounds like a win to me. A win for old fans, a win for new fans, a win for those hardcore fans and a win for fairweather ones too; plus a win for the property as a whole 😊
@NEStalgia he is the right size but idk if he's in shape enough after his back surgery to do what would need to be done for the show and I'm assuming they want someone younger
@TotallyNew2This yeah, I don't understand the gatekeepers at all.
@NEStalgia he's pretty old, just had a hip replacement. They're going to get someone younger most likely. Also he would have to do white face so ... joking of course
Man Xbox IPs are dominating right now. So much so that you might have Fallout and Sea of Thieves competing with eachother.
@K1LLEGAL
Xbox IP's dominating the game charts is not on my 2024 bingo card.
A great TV Show for an even greater gaming franchise!
👍😁👍
@Americansamurai1 @Drago201 Good point about the surgery, that's probably the only real barrier. I bet he'd do it anyway though. I think he's probably the right age. It's Sad-dad Kratos, not Chains of Olympus Kratos. Seems the perfect age, to me. I think the hip thing has less to do with being too old and more to do with being an action star for too long. But...that still could be the same problem.
@MikeOrator You didn't update the day 1 bingo card patch. It replaced the two Embracer tiles with a Microsoft one.
@NEStalgia this is one way for MS to make back some cash on the Bethesda purchase. They have to be happy to see this. Now then MS please release Gears of War collection right before or after its show starts and see the cash flow in like this but more. Us Gears fanatics haven’t had something new in 5 years.
As for fallout it’s never really grabbed me, but it’s good to see it bouncing back, but as you said these games are old and have been there forever. If It takes a show or movie to make people pick up gaming controllers in the future, we might be in trouble.
Fallout 4 or Fallout New Vegas? Any recommendations? Can’t decide which game i want to buy for my steam deck. It’s currently on sale.
@TotallyNew2This I understand that some are not happy that the TV show will bring people to Fallout 4, which is not the real Fallout experience because it diverted too much from the original ones. It's like kids today discovering Star Wars with the Disney TV series, they are missing what made Star Wars a big thing in the 70ies and how it changed the culture of a whole civilization
@HonestHick 11 years later and it's all about "TV, TV, TV, TV," LOL!
I guess Mario got his start with cartoons and boxes of cereal selling the games. Maybe it's not as new as it seems. But it does seem like the era of "video games are their own valid media" came and went and we're back to "video games aren't real media like TV and movies are." It's sad.
@amatmulisha NEW VEGAS, NEW VEGAS, NEW VEGAS, and then NEW VEGAS after that.
I guess you can try 4 too.
@amatmulisha New Vegas is the closest to the original spirit of the classic games. The 4 is far from that, hollowed from the strong RPG system that makes the player to face the consequences of their choices, without a real good or bad way to view things.
@NEStalgia yeah more and more games are becoming TV. Which isn’t such a bad thing i suppose. I just find it funny it took the show to increase fallout sales that much. Sony was smart re releasing the Last of us on PS5 around the show. I know fan’s on here were upset about them bringing those out on PS5 instead of something new. But it was smart and it’s a strength of Sony to flex movie and games. I’m hopeful MS seen that and has a good plan around Gears of War show and games.PS5 Pro would collect dust this fall and winter for me if Gears 1-3 in unreal engine 5 came out with all modes and full multiplayer. I may try and convince myself to just keep my PS5 and not get the Pro until i see what games use it and to what extent they use it in. Then make my decision in mid 2025. Xbox handheld would be a day one buy for me if that came out in the next 12 months. Which is unlikely. Maybe they can make a crackdown show to pick up some sales from that series. If that worked i would believe in the Easter bunny again.
@Frmknst
Yeah same goes for TLOU. Never heard of it, but after the series on HBO it suddenly became booming.
@B0udoir That’s a fair point dude, and I totally get it to an extent. But I suppose there are loads of people who grew up with like the Star Wars prequel series as their entry point to that franchise, or even those who have the later sequels as their introduction to the whole thing… but if they liked them and it brought them to the originals…? Or those experiences simply just let them imagine themselves in that universe and as a part of that whole deal? Then that is totally cool too imo. I guess I’m saying that we all might board the train to the same destination at different stations, but we don’t judge that; and I guess I think that’s the same whether people jump into a franchise right at the very first release or a much later sequel, everyone’s still getting the same amount of the pleasure they wanted out of something, regardless of when they hopped aboard 😊
@NEStalgia lol thanks mate.
@B0udoir thanks mate. Think i gonna go for new vegas
@HonestHick The part that's depressing is video games have struggled since the beginning to be seen as a serious media of its own. First it was seen as toys for children. Then it was trying to become it's own respected legitimate media. Then it tried chasing that name by simply emulating other more respected media in the form of the "movie games" and now we're down to just accepting games as not a legitimate media but merely a lesser companion to the old accepted media. We've kind of gone back to square one but lost the will to try.
Gaming isn't willing to accept that a world of couch potatoes are more interested in passively starting at a rectangle then actively doing something and that's going to keep its market smaller.
Oh god, the poor folks who play 76 😖
@BAMozzy @carlos82
Fallout 3 and New Vegas are yes only streaming on PS4 and PS5. No download, no sreenshots/video, and worst of all, no dlc. Without dlc Fallout 3 is only half the game and doesn't not have the real ending. NV the same but to a lesser extent.
Picking up a reduced cost used or even a new Series S to play some back compatible games like Fallout 3 and New Vegas is something to consider. Those games can then be purchased along with dlc and played from an internal drive.
There is a front page featurette with Fallout on the ps store. So it's not surprising.
I don't see the point of hyping up a microsoft IP though.
Would be nice if they released remasters of 3 and new vegas though.
@NEStalgia i agree and disagree if that makes sense. I agree cause most of what you said is my definition as well. However gaming today is so mainstream among celebrities, athletes and many successful men and women. Video games are the top of pop culture. Mario is more known worldwide than Mickey Mouse. Gaming out grosses movies and music combined. So it’s sometimes….. keyword sometimes looked at as a major media type. But if you are a lazy nerd playing MMO’s and drinking monster energy drinks all day that is looked at as a children’s media. It’s a lot of case by case in my opinion. Not saying I’m right just as to why I slightly disagree even tho i largely agree if that makes sense. I was there for the Super NES and forward and it’s grown so much. However by nature it will always have some sort of negative look and this is why i used to say on here and Pure Xbox please respect the industry and carry it in a light of positivity. Stop the console war banter and the industry will be taken more serious. Look at the way the “fan’s” talk and often times threaten the dev’s on social media. I used to use this a lot for all the PS outsells Xbox 2-1 fanboys. Ok great coke outsells Pepsi by far more, even tho Pepsi won the blind taste test. But my point is Pepsi knew it would never outsell coke even tho with a blind fold the person said they enjoyed Pepsi more, so what did they do? They started a new market with bottled water and other drinks that coke has largely not been able to over take. My point is this is what Xbox is doing. They are done trying to out console Sony. It won’t happen. Phil was right for saying that and yet here we are still console war talking and making the industry seem like adult children fighting over their action figures. That takes away from the positive light that others hold this industry towards and move it forward. Hopefully this made sense as to how I passionately feel about video game industry. This industry alongside bass fishing and music means the world to me. I never want to see any of those fail. The only difference is one has people in it making it lesser than it has often times achieved.
@HonestHick "gaming" may include celebrities, and occasionally it's Even legit and not product placement, but if you look at what games that usually entails were often talking either big sports games, or "Nintendo games" and rarely the rest of gaming. Fortnite. But that's basically a social media platform with guns, not a game anymore.
And you have to be careful with the "gaming makes more money than film" figure executives are fooled by which is half the problem. Nearly all of that is mobile. Executives think their big new game will gross more than star wars. Nope, that's just candy crush. But mobile gaming is a whole other industry not comparable to "big games" any more than casino games are. It's socially acceptable to play a match 3 for a few minutes on a phone. But not to be "Nintendo Karen" with Mario Odyssey on a rooftop party lol.
But those mobile games are also not respected as media, they're just time wasters. Fidget spinners. And ...... Yes, toys for children, minenite on iOS this means you
Mario at the top ... And it only took....a movie.... To do it.
People still look at game stop and the video game aisle as a toy aisle for kids and teens, but no adult would want to be caught shopping there. Heck I'm that nerd playing MMOs and I wouldn't show my face there 😂
Yeah I love that coke vs Pepsi comparison. I agree with everything else. But it really does sadden me to see this final resolution that games are still not accepted seriously on their own. TV and movies are still "real"media for normal people and games are still this off the side sigma.
I'm a vr fan. I just need to wear a kick me sign. Or I guess I already am?
@NEStalgia yeah i agree with most of all that as i said before. Cause well it’s true. It’s just that games have grown a lot and some are so well done that they are real media to me at least. 100% mobile gaming is most of that money. I said on here 200 times MS was just as much buying ABK for Candy Crush as they are COD or Diablo and WOW. Candy Crush alone will make MS ton’s of cash. People don’t like to admit mobile is the top dog cause we on here are “hardcore” gamers that don’t like mobile.Starfield could have been the next Star Wars and not outsell candy crush. But i look to games like Hogwarts and how well that game holds up to say the movie and even if it is looked at as a kid’s media or toy. I was proud of the talent and effort put into it. I thought it moved the industry forward a little in the year it came out seeing as most games have been dud’s lately. I even give Sony credit for Spider-man while not a game i had a ton of fun playing it is really well made and represented of marvel movie quality. Last example is the Last of Us. Super well made experience. Sure most of my example still follows what you have well laid out. But for me i can look at those titles and say i respect those are better than just a kids media. But mostly if not fully enjoy them as a adult experience as i would the show or movie. But yes you are correct in your statements and it may never happen or needs more time to be seen in a more equal manner but the video game industry is something to be enjoyed for all ages and I truly truly wish gamers would do their part in making it a more enjoyable place for fans and giving others the idea it’s as “adult” as watching TV. I’ve yet to see someone tell the other person the TV channel they enjoy watching gets less ratings than this other one. Yet any time you mention a game or god forbid a console, you are told what a fool you are for supporting it and what it’s sale numbers are and to me thats the most childish part of the industry.
@NoCode23 I still have my 360 and PS3, (as well as both XB1S & X and both a PS4 and PS4 Pro) so was never too concerned about what 'Old' games were playable on my PS5. I was merely curious for those with only a Playstation to game on if they could still play Fallout 3 and New Vegas.
I know I can play these as well as 4 or 76 on my Series X and even if I didn't own most of them (I don't own 76), I can still play via Game Pass on that console or even on my PC's.
The series is a blast, the better adaptation of a videogame atmosphere to date (for me). Fallout 4 is a great game and deserves this success.
@BAMozzy LOL so it's your favourite from the 2 you've
played out of 10.
@lindos 3 - 3, New Vegas and 4 make 3 Fallout games. 1 & 2 were quite different in design and PC Only I believe, any others were spin-offs (like Shelter) that didn't appeal...
