Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for Bleach: Rebirth of Souls, which provides our first proper look at gameplay. If you missed the initial announcement, this is a one-on-one arena fighter with an emphasis on mechanics that escalate over the course of a battle. As demonstrated in the video, you can build up towards utterly devastating attacks in order to close out a match.

We'll no doubt be seeing more of this Bleach adaptation in the coming months, especially with Tokyo Game Show looming in September. Rebirth of Souls doesn't have a release date yet — we don't even know if it's launching this year — but the publisher says it's "coming soon".
