As announced earlier in the week, Concord is plotting a slew of individual character trailers for each of its 16 Freegunners, as it prepares for the FPS’ release in August. These short gameplay clips are designed to showcase the individual talents and gameplay abilities of each hero, which are as varied as you’d expect from a hero shooter.
The first trio of trailers cover Jabali, Teo, and It-Z. You can watch them below:
Sony has also commissioned a series of animated shorts, which will be divided up into episodes and uploaded to PlayStation’s official YouTube channel. You can watch the first episode through here if you missed it.

This game looks wackier and wackier with every promotion. xD
Really curious to see how much this game cost to develop and how much sony paid for the studio.
Teo is such a unique type of man, never seen in other action games.
Make it stop! Please just make it stop! This is like if someone were to make a parody of the video game industry except they actually think it's a real game!
@NEStalgia Exactly!
These character and level designs really suck.
I’d go for a sweeping prediction of burning failure (like i did with Destruction All Stars very early) but I don’t think this will die as quickly. I predict it underperforms but has a small and increasingly vile player base that threatens devs as the plug gets closer to being pulled. It’ll last a few years.
ZIP ZAP YA DONE-ZO
the most ugly and generic designs ever wtf were they thinking?
To be fair, these characters and Haymar were the only ones from the beta I consistently liked playing as. It-Z (Jesus Christ, that name...) in particular had those teleporting powers that were fun to screw around with. With much better writing and a unique art style, I could see these four working in a fun PvE co-op game.
‘PC Character’ trailers 😂
The truth is that these hero shooters are boring, mediocre parodies made by people who don’t game or respect the medium (in my opinion.) It’s cynical, quick-buck trash and at £40 to enter, it’s doomed. Big L for Sony with not much else to back it up this year.
Well the nicest compliment I can give is that it looks very polished and well put together! Now on to the negatives...
@nessisonett i remember wanting to like destruction allstars. Then they tried charging for the story and i was out. Played the tutorial and that was it
keep trying sony; we need more variety with your library . 🙏
I know this is a news sites but damn this ga.e gets pushed hard for what it is and the comments show that. It reminds me of that one kid in school that wouldn't stop talking about car racing and nobody else cared.
Man the schill train just don't stop with this lemon.
Movement looks floaty like Destiny 2’s multiplayer but with less space magic. I think this misses the mark in terms of flashy-looking gameplay. These snippets of gameplay make me want to play the game less because it just looks so slow and kinda boring. The character designs just feel like they are trying too hard to appeal to a specific demographic and that demographic is not me. This is coming from a big GotG and Marvel fan.
So Jabali is healer, Teo pretty much basic offensive type shoot and grenade, and It-Z is a Nightcrawler rip-off?
The cartoon / cell shading trailer looks more appealing than this one that looks eh.
Is It-Z shy or not?
Again, these should have been released before the beta.
I cant understand what sony saw in this Concord to immediately decide yeah now we must buy the studio.
@NEStalgia Yup. I'm still not fully convinced the characters and script aren't mostly AI-generated, fed on a steady diet of training data from Marvel movies and other hero shooters.
@Ralizah lol I'm laughing, but I'm also thinking it through and wondering if it's not a joke but an actual statement...
