Polish developer Teyon had something of a hit with its last effort, RoboCop: Rogue City, which became publisher Nacon's best-ever launch. The studio is looking to augment its development team further, with multiple job listings now open for an unannounced new action RPG, currently in development for PC and console.
That's according to Teyon's recruitment page, which GamePressure noted (thanks, PSU). Precious little can be gleaned from the page itself, but we know it will be developed on Unreal Engine 5 and that the company is offering the successful candidates the opportunity to "work from an early stage on a very interesting project backed by a major publisher."
If you missed it, we quite enjoyed our time with RoboCop: Rogue City, which has received substantial updates since launch. We'd love to see a follow-up, but we would be intrigued to see the team tackle another classic IP. With Rambo and Terminator titles already under its belt, we'd be happy to take another nostalgic trip back to the 80s.
Did you check out RoboCop: Rogue City? Were you a fan, and what do you hope to see from the developer's next project? Let us know in the comments section below.

I could go for a Red Dawn, total recall or blade runner RPG
Robocop action rpg? Sign me up!
Please be something Van Damme or Predator. Please? Oooh! Roadhouse RPG!!!
Also, yes! Rogue City is a blast!
@Robocrop_Duster Holy crap Total Recall would be so perfect. Didn't even think of that.
Terminator 2
@LikelySatan total recall could be a great RPG
@LikelySatan your comment made my day 😋👍🏻
@trev666 Hell yeah it could. They never quite nail the tone, but they came very close w Robocop. Like a cartoon that's dubbed and from a place foreign to me, lol. It's never spot on, but Robocop was almost there. They keep improving.
@Luigia Because Roadhouse? I legit love that movie
I have "Pain Don't Hurt" tattooed on my bicep with bloody brass knuckles and a straight razor. Should've done a knife boot...
Plodding through it now. It's a good trip back to my teens.
@Robocrop_Duster Total Recall was my first thought. That would make me so happy.
Great game. Picked up their Terminator one after too and really enjoyed it. Would love to see them take on Escape From New York
@Starkei Same. Really impressed with their attention to detail and the writing, reckon it shows their appreciation of the source. Although both games were quite similar it didn't bother me and I thought "Yes, these are the go to developers for 80's sci fi IP". If RoboCop had just had driving sequences.
Cobra. If ever an 80s flick deserved a sequel but never got it...this is the one.
Goonies Online
I would like to see them have a crack at They Live..
I watched RoboCop 1 & 2 for the first time in anticipation for this game. The first RoboCop movie is now one of my all-time favorites and the video game is pretty damn good too.
Wish Teyon had a crack at an Indiana Jones game but I suppose we'll have to settle for the Machine Games dice roll.
Good to see a games dev hiring for a change. Robocop was a quality game, I'll be interested in their next effort.
I'm hopeful for a RoboCop vs Terminator crossover. Loved the MD version & the comic, this is a great opportunity for Nacon.
