An indie project that's looked especially chill since it was first announced for PS5 back in May, Caravan SandWitch has now locked down a slightly less vague release window. The title's targeting a September launch on Sony's current-gen system.
The latest press release sums the game up quite nicely: "With an emphasis on inclusivity and environmental themes, the life in Caravan SandWitch is simple: no combat, no death, no timer, just you, your van, and the world."
Naturally, we can only assume that a date is heading our way in the very near future. Caravan SandWitch does look lovely, and if the finished product delivers on its promise of relaxed but atmospheric adventuring, we could see it being a bit of an indie darling.

If I can pull up in a lay-by on the A50 and have a cheeky cheese and beetroot Sanger I’m down
Looks like a good time. It's been a great year for action games, but my brain has been crying out for something more chill for a while now.
So, I thought the premise was like desolate desert land/post-apocalyptic, not space-faring/otherworldly. Was already intrigued by this with the announcement trailer and even more so now! Will definitely be supporting this game! Also, I just watched the gameplay trailer and the song on there is absolutely amazing.
@Enuo I’m just coming off the back of a Demons platinum run, I feel you 👌this could be right up my strasse
