Publisher Nacon has announced a delay for its upcoming survival action title, Terminator Survivors. In a statement made on social media yesterday, it's been confirmed that the early access PC launch of the game has been pushed back to 2025.

The delay has been made in order for Nacon and developer Nacon Studio Milan to "realize our vision, and to make sure to deliver the game that fits your expectations". The team wants "to do right by this universe, its fans, and our community".

Terminator Survivors was announced earlier this year with a cinematic trailer. The game is a post-apocalyptic adventure taking place after the first two films, and can be played alone or in co-op with friends. The initial launch will be early access on PC; console ports were always planned for later, but the delay obviously pushes everything back. Hopefully the final game will benefit from the extra time.
