My essential already expired. I want to sub again just to play SF 6 but I'm waiting a big sale like $30-40 for a year sub.

Doki doki for me ( not sure why people are implying it’s an adult orientated game - one they don’t want play around wives or children - there’s nothing risqué in it whatsoever ).

Already played Dead Space via EA Play on gamepass so no reason to play again. Zero interest in the other two.

I might try Dead Space and see if I can get further than I did with the PS3 version without a heart attack 🤣
I heard good things about Doki Doki too (btw I think a lot of people don't realize it's not a Japanese-made game)

Its the art style and the fact that to someone that doesn't know that it actually covers some dark topics could wonder why i was playing a game containing a bunch of school girls. Not the sort of game i would feel comfortable playing with my late teen kids or wife walking about the house.

Nice grandstanding, perhaps it's your thought process that needs reviewing. I too wouldn't feel comfortable playing Infront of my 19 & 22 yo daughters as they would not have the background knowledge to know the type of game it is.
But I guess you just want to be a knight for the damsels in distress

I live with my girlfriend and usually show her a game that’s weird just to get the awkwardness of her just seeing me playing something weird out of the way. I actually started this on switch and showed her and explained what the game is actually about lmao. If you have a portal, this is the perfect game for that!

@CrispyMango92 i actually nearly picked it up on the switch a month ago when it was on sale but forgot to. Ive got a portal on order but its one of the 30th anniversry ones so it wont be until november and as my wifes buying it for christmas it actually wont be until the end of December 😂. Looking forward to it tho.

Doki Doki and Dead Space are great! I own both of them on disc. I haven't been a fan of wrestling in over 20 years at this point. So WWE 2K doesn't interest me.

Happy to play all three. Ive some issues with ptsd, so I need to take it easy with dead space, too many jump scares leave me triggered (god dammit!). I remember how good the original was though and I understand this remaster is excellent. Hope I can play it.

Doki Doki is one of my favourite games ever, but I strongly advise to play PC version, one important element just doesn't work on consoles.

@Titntin The remaster is so dang good. RE4 got more love… but I thought Dead Space was a better remake overall.

A nice selection. They are not live for the U.S. yet, but when they are, I'll definitely download WWE 2K24 for the showcase mode.

I played Dead Space on Gamepass last year and loved every second. It's a phenomenal game. Might have to do another run for those sweet trophies.

@Kidfunkadelic83 I picked it up probably like a year ago at this point and played for 5 mins a few months ago before I got distracted by who knows what. And lucky you! I had my girlfriend buy me a portal for my birthday in July but had I known the 30th anniversary one was coming, I would’ve waited to get it for Xmas. Tis what tis I suppose.

My Ps Plus ends today so I added these games to my library just for the sake of it essentially, as I don't plan on renewing Plus. Can anyone answer whether the PS Stars scheme is only for PS Plus subscribers because I loaded Doki Doki to get the 50 coins reward but it doesn't work, nor does playing FC25 for the Multiplayer 'campaign' nor Hollow Knight for the 'Mystery game' campaign. They're doing me out of 150 coins!!

Don't sleep on WWE 2K. Even if you have no interest in actually playing it, some fun can be had downloading custom characters and having the AI duke it out. There's nothing quite like seeing John Wick take on Spider-Man or Kratos.

Dead Space is promising. No interest in the other 2. But will "add to collection" anyway.

Doki Doki might be the first time ever I don't "add to library" for a monthly plus sub game. I just can't see myself even slightly enjoying it, looks like some visual novel game with little actual gameplay, which is fair enough if anyone enjoys those, just not for me, i like actual gameplay in my games lol 😛

I'll re-read Doki Doki today. Already played through the original version on Steam way back, but this is a good chance to finally see the new content.

This will be a rare month where I claim all 3 of them, and there's a good chance I'll play all of them. I always wait and by the latest WWE 2K around Black Friday, and for no reason I never got around to actually buying Dead Space. Doki Doki was something that was likely to slip through the cracks permanently, but now that I am getting it for free it might end up being a good palette cleanser at some point.

@Yousef- the first time i got caught by the Alien in isolation i literally had to take a break then i just didnt go back to it. I dont like suspense or horror in games or movies. Id love to get over it as ive missed some bangers by the sounds of it. Dunno why, its just something i cant do. Ive always been that way 😂 gives the fam something to laugh about tho 🤣

Solid choices for this month, not gonna lie.
I just wish PS Stars was working properly so it could register my rewards from playing those games.

Another very very poor selection for PS4 essential subscribers, only worth subbing if you use multiplayer.
