A new trailer for the Guilty Gear Strive anime, Guilty Gear Strive: Dual Rulers, has dropped, alongside a debut date.
The series will be available to watch via Crunchyroll, starting in April — and it actually looks really good in this promo. As was already confirmed, the show's using a mix of 2D and 3D animation, and it seems to work especially well based on this brief preview.
The following characters from Strive have been confirmed to appear in the anime, alongside a new character named Unika — who's being added to the fighting game via DLC in the near future.
- Sol Badguy
- Kye Kiske
- Sin Kiske
- Dizzy
- Bridget
- Ramlethal Valentine
- Elphelt Valentine
- Jack-O
- Baiken
- Johnny
- Leo Whitefang

Of course I'll be watching. It's canon, Unika will be playable and more Ramram is never a bad thing.
I completely forgot about the Guilty Gear anime, but it looks really good so I'll definitely give it a watch when it's out.
My gal Baiken is here, consider me sold already.
Nah I disagree. Looks low tier especially for a battle anime. Such a shame as the franchise is popular enough to have a seasoned studio handle it.
