Party Animals, a timed Xbox console exclusive, will launch on PS5 from 23rd January – over a year after it originally released.
The physics-based party game – which sees you assuming the role of a furry critter and pulling, pushing, and head-butting your way to victory – will launch on Sony’s system alongside an all-new mode, Crisis.
From what we can infer from the trailer, Crisis is effectively a knock-off of Among Us, as you attempt to dupe players into thinking you’re not a furry murderer.

This game was originally part of Game Pass but left the service late last year. It’ll be interesting to see how it performs on PS5, as it does generally feel like there’s been a dearth of zany Gang Beasts-style multiplayer experiences this generation.

The game is fun, I played it around release with a few friends on PC, but it's kinda like Gang Beasts where it doesn't have a lot of staying power.
oh man i've been waiting for this! I have a group of around 10 core friends and we keep Gang Beasts in heavy rotation, always has us dying of laughter. This game and all the new modes will get us hooked again!
