Quite good analysis, but I think it's too general. Since Hacker's Memory is part of Cyber Sleuth, there's much improvements than what ppl might expect, and I guess you need to inform what's being updated from the previous game besides of the digimon roster only. Like how you can change costumes and giving accessories for your digimon's aesthetic purpose. Hard mode has been adjusted much better rather than previous one.
Also I think you didn't understand much of how domination works. One obvious thing is that almost all strategy RPG battle all tedious. The main focus are mostly about gaining points, you aren't really forced to battle all enemy members if you can just gain points effectively except if the requirement said so. What makes it tedious is mostly happened if your digimon aren't able to do 1 hit kill the enemy member you're fighting. Also I don't understand about the side quests faults. These are mostly same with the previous game, since Keisuke is a hacker, it's his duty to help their clients, same like Cyber Sleuth how Takumi/Ami helps ppl as a duty of being detective. Also about the log thing, I can confirm that it works in main quests as well, what I mean main quests are the red-marked mails from BBS. The log-less quests are events outside of BBS, which are main events. I have no problem with how Mirei said, no matter how vague she talks, it gives obvious thing where to go just by mentioning the places. Completing side quests before going to main stories? Which one did you mean? side quests are the yellow-marked one, and IIRC you aren't forced to complete those.
Again, these kind of things has been since the previous game, so I think it's nothing to complain about since this game is part of Cyber Sleuth, especially if Cyber Sleuth players had been aware enough about the structure. The mini map isn't something to complain since the area are mostly simple and straightforward, which isn't maze-like or open world.
Lastly I would like to criticize the score you gave. 7/10 is not a fair score since the previous one was rated 8/10. And since HM is basically new story chapters with some new accessible area, new digimon, new features, and improved things, I think it should be more acknowledged with higher score than CS.

@Fight_Teza_Fight the hard mode is pretty challenging though. I got 3 game overs just in about 5 chapters.
