@Munkyknuts I was speaking to a mate at work today who's been on the fence for months. This tipped him to XB1. Granted Microsoft screwed up their initial announcement of XB1 but they've had no issues once they changed their stance. Driveclub, online issues (although minimal they are too frequent) & poor PS+ has hurt Sony bad.

I am very disappointed in the whole situation. I love driving games and the uniqueness of Driveclub was a huge selling point for PS4 for me.
I'm very close to swapping my PS4 for an XB1 for Forza 5 & Horizon 2. Only reason I haven't is PS+, I have a huge catalogue of great games on PS3 I'm working through that would be rendered useless without Plus and I don't want to pay for Plus & XB Live.

Disappointing. Seriously conseidering jumping ship to XB One for Horizon 2 & Forza 5. I love racing games & have been looking forward to Driveclub for ages and have been dispaointed with the multitude of delays & issues.

I am slightly disappointed in Sony/Evolution here. To start with they said we'd get the for free on plus. Then once it was postponed & 'relaunched' they scaled that back to part of the game would be free on plus. Now it's not even part of plus and it's an "extended demo".
I'm not complaining about plus here btw, I like the indie games. It's giving me games I otherwise wouldn't play. I'm just disappointed in Sony/Evolution.

Am I correct in thinking if you have the PS+ game you'll only get certain free tracks & cars? Whereas if you have the full game you'll get all the free dlc?

How would it work if you didn't upgrade to the full game until, say, 6 months later. Would you be able to download all the free DLC that has passed?

I never played the alpha or beta so it's all new to me. I played for a few hours yesterday (up to level 4) on PS3 - due to PS4 upgrade not being immediately available! - and I am thoroughly enjoying it. Graphics are a bit rough around the edges on PS3 so I can't wait to get stuck in on PS4 now that I have the upgrade, after the 16GB install!

Pretty sweet! Looking forward to Strider & Lego Batman 2. Never played DS 1 & 2 so 3 will sit on my pile of shame for quite sometime.

£13.49 on PS Store just now. Very tempted. Not played an RPG of this nature before.
