The balance of difficulty to skill upgrade was superb in BB. Just as I get o.p. in an era, a new one opens up with harder enemies and so on and so forth. And the placement of elevators for shortcuts was perfect. I'm stocked for this expansion but I'll pick it up later because for now... Just Cause 3 has my attention. But, my friends let us remember to "fear the old blood"!
This, my friends, will be mine! I can not wait to start from scratch, unlock the perks (mods) and get more and more creative freedom. I hope more games come out like this.
Not impressed at all. For me it was like "Hey everyone. Remember all that stuff you knew we were doing? We're still doing it...so...insert lame joke". Even some of the new things they announced fell flat because they didn't show game play footage, just the trailer, and that's tough for me to get behind because a trailer can be 100% different then the game. All in all I'm kinda bummed.
Man! This wasn't really on my radar for a while, but in the last few weeks it just gets better and better. The new MOD system looks to add way too much fun. This, my friends, will be under my Christmas tree.
This game has got me hooked. I'll start playing something else...but always end up back on Bloodborne. It's so perfectly paced. >_> I'm stoked for the DLC.
I had a feeling something was wrong the first time I saw screen shots for this game. Just looked...half-hearted. Sounds like a flop. Maybe next time around??? (If there is a next time )
...I'm kinda excited about this. Crossing my fingers it's not turn-based fighting because I am NO GOOD at those. But the "your choices have real affects" idea sounds refreshing. Games kind of do that now, but to be built around that concept could produce something good. Art style looks cool also.
I appreciate the review and it looks like a ton of people overlooked that feature. Live and learn. Now we can add +1 to any reviews and that probably reflects a more accurate review. I'm still picking this up sans run button or not.
Ehhhh... Not blown away by this so far. I have to guess this is an early example so I definitely would wait to see something more fleshed out. I've got to say that Horizon: Zero Dawn may have this beat right out the gate.
I was crazy stocked for this game when it was announced...but then they said the dreaded "Always Online! Mwahahahahhahahahahah!" and instantly it was a no buy for me. Really disappointed.
I was looking forward to this game as it seems lonely yet beautiful. Which, to me, is a breath of fresh air. Thanks for the review! It has definitely solidified a purchase from me.
This is absolutely the game I am most excited for. A.) It's open world B.) It's gorgeous looking and C.) Single player focused! That's where it's at. Hope they do stay on track for 2016 and release a well polished game.
I was a big 360 fan last gen. but Microsoft really irked me at the X1 reveal and even though they back peddled on the things the turned me off I decided to go PS4 for my new gaming system.
But I keep waiting for the day Microsoft brings out the game I HAVE to have... but so far... Meh.

From day one I was skeptical that this game will live up to ALL it's claims. But you never know. Hope I'm wrong.

Re: Sony Bend's PS4 Exclusive Is the Studio's Biggest Ever
I still remember playing SF and tasering EVERY enemy until they caught fire. As long as that is in this new game... I think we'll be O.K.
