I use remote play a decent amount (almost no lag for me), made REALLY good use of it in lego marvel superheroes (controls fit the title well), however when I tried it in Destiny's beta, I came away aching for my DS4, due to the superior input options of second shoulder buttons and clickable thumbsticks. I could make use enough of the vita setup running around the cosmodrome, but it'd be suicide to take it into the crucible

I'm a huge fan of Saint's Row (obviously, look at my profile image), but I will say I prefer 3 to 4, 3 is always my go-to game when I just want to run around blowing stuff up. Not that 4 was bad, it just didn't have the lasting appeal 3 does over time. I'd much prefer a port of the whole series in a bundle (especially as the first game was xbox only) than just one game, but I'll likely get this regardless

I still haven't gotten my PS4 to play blurays... some sort of HDCP handshake issue, back in December they said they were going to send me a disc that would fix the issue but it has YET to arrive... and no, the HDCP toggle did not fix the problem, as HDCP MUST be enabled to play movies (copyright protection measures I guess). Not a huge issue here as I use my PS3 for movies (still technically the better player according to digital foundry as it is), so not a HUGE loss, just slightly irksome

Looking at the browser Playstation store, the advert is still there for me, I saw it an hour or two ago and forgot about it til just now, I can confirm this if no one else sees it though

played through the whole PS4 trilogy and just got my Golden Abyss plat a few days ago, would totally double dip, I verymuch want this!

don't have the time/money to shell out for another MMO (already a lifetime subscriber to Star Trek Online), but nice to hear that it's an option for those that don't want to pay for PS+ (as crazy as that idea is), as for Microsoft still requiring it... typical Microsoft paywalling, since Netflix is even behind the pay wall on Xbox

@get2sammyb, I have no idea how a LBP movie would work personally, but most likely a kids animated flick, could be rather cute.

KIllzone and Resistance are both good picks too, as long as any Killzone movie actually has a better story that the games... I was rather disappointed with the end of Shadowfall.

@zeldagaymer93 I'm working on it still, I talked to a friend of mine who's had hardware experience working on the system, and it sounds like it's a problem with the HDCP handshake (basically a security measure over the HDMI cable to my TV), I tested my system on a friend's tv to confirm that's the problem. I contacted Sony last week, and they said they're sending me a disc that should force the authentication and fix the issue, still waiting on the disc, will let you know in a few days if it worked or not

aaaaand now I finally applied for a credit card, darn you Playstation cards!

@nathanuc1988 It doesn't even give me an error message, the console simply freezes with a black screen and refuses to do anything or respond to input until I either hit the eject button on the console (the console begins to function then) or I hard reset the console, I tried several discs myself, both DVD and bluray, and nothing worked

yeah they're not supposed to play 3D ones at all yet til a system update later, but I can't get it to play anything whatsoever, must be something either on my end or with my particular console then

don't have any of those games myself (I only bought Killzone to start me off), but I am VERY interested in picking up battlefield after Christmas if I don't find it under the tree

my PS4 won't play blurays or dvds after this update (though admittedly I haven't tried them on the console til now), anyone else having this issue or is it just me?
