I did get the last once you get to the last mission you create the last haiku. Got my platinum trophy last night

I am missing one for some reason, trying to go for the platinum trophy! I’ve checked all the locations on the guide and they all say complete but my collections say I am 1 short!! Any tips or ideas from anyone?!?!? I really want that Platinum trophy
